I'm IN!!! This is Round 12 for me, and my second full round with the Keto lifestyle.
Felt a twinge of guilt after my micro-slip with chocolate last night, and I really didn't feel like taking responsibility for it. Old feelings, but it's good to remember where I came from, so I can catch myself before I ever have a chance to go completely back.

I’m in again. I didn’t end the last round very well... but I still lost 2.5 pounds overall, so can’t complain. Thinking I’m not going to get off to a good start this round as family is round for the weekend and there will be lots of entertaining and eating out, I’m sure!

1) get back into weekend cooking
2) reach and stay under 215 - my first mini-goal!! This will be my guage that I am back on track. This is my firm goal and I need to up my discipline!.

Hi, this will be my first. I had lost 15 kg before but gained 4 kg in last 4 months. I'm really upset about it. And I want to lost 15 kg too now and maybe 10 kg more... I want to discipline and motivate myself I hope this will help me. I've been really afraid to weigh myself about 2 months and it was hard to see this numbers.
