Looking at these it reminds me I've still got a way to go!
Well done everyone.1 -
I posted in here before, but I recently celebrated my one year fitness anniversary, so I thought I would post some updated pictures. Feel free to follow me on IG (same name).

Difference of 120 lbs. I started around the beginning/middle of August 2017 at 290 lbs. I am now down to 170.107 -
Only a few months in and wasn’t noticing that much of a change in my face (where I gain all my weight) until I compared photos from the first day I started tracking to now!

First ever pics posted in the forum. SW: 110kg (242lbs) in May 2016. CW: 76.5kg (168.7 lbs). Looking to get to about 65kg (143lbs). Properly starting tracking my calories exactly one year ago and have slacked on and off over that time (due to moving countries). Joined a gym in January and are starting to see results again and there is definitely no more slacking off!
Edit: 5' 6.5 // 168cm tall37 -
I haven't really got any of before mainly because I hated being in any photos.
I wouldn't take ones with me in it and any I was tagged in was quickly untagged.
Part of the reason I went on a diet.3 -
The "before" is actually after I had already lost a LOT of weight, but it's hard to find proper before pictures of me as I used to refuse to have my photo taken. After was taken tonight

I’ve been maintaining (more accurately, not putting in the effort) at the photo on the right for about a year now. Finally time to drop the last 20-25 pounds.

This was my first cut after 5 years off back in 2013.
I went out to a social event, and the Wife showed me some photos a few days later, I was disgusted at how I'd let myself go.
I was working long hours, eating rubbish and drinking far too much.
I started a cut the very next day, Just about 9 months between pics.
(first pic is flipped, so they all face the same way, I've also had 11 sessions of laser tattoo removal, decent tan and you can hardly see them anymore).
Pic below was 2015 somewhere around 8% BF.
And the last one was last year somewhere around 6-7 %
Sorry about the weird 'stalker' type smile lol
Are you for REAL!!! Grandpa who? You look amazing and I can tell you feel that way too, congratulations! How does one cut?12 -

my story's a bit different....and while the physical changes aren't as dramatic as some of the others in this thread (seriously, you guys are amazing!), I feel like i've made a lot of mental progress lately. Still a long way to go, but I'll get there eventually.
So happy for you!!! We can't achieve anything without the right mindset, very glad you were able to overcome. Don't minimize your accomplishment, its big!!! I have no doubt you will get to your goal. We all have a story. Continue to write yours and keep believing in an incredible ending. Thank you for sharing, I can relate.27 -
