4/30 - 194.2: Not heading in the direction I want, but today is a new day. Ham and more Seagrams are not helping the situation!
5/1 - 192.6: That's better. Tuna sandwich for lunch; chicken salad for dinner. 45 minute walk with the daughter.

5/1 - 203 - I never got back here this morning to make a comment. Yes, very happy that it is another day of weight drop. Tomorrow, not sure about. I suffer from TMJ and last night it rose it's ugly head. I won't be able to eat a thing, so I've been working on what I could possibly drink to get in SOME nutrients today. My coconut milk avocado smoothie made with spinach and protein powder mixed with raw greens powder won't put me over carbs. It will provide plenty of vitamin A and C but not even half of my daily calories, not enough protein or fat. Gonna be a rough day, but hunger won't be a part of it. Recently, I have not been hungry until 3 or 4pm. I intermittent fast, 16:8. First meal at 4 is 20 hrs. I've been thinking about trying OMAD, one meal a day, but I just don't think I can eat my daily calorie allotment in one hour.

Oof, Tish, I hope you are able to get those muscles to relax soon. I have TMJ too. Mine is treated with a mouth guard which has made a huge difference. I've gone from having days where my teeth couldn't meet at all to only very occasionally having jaw pain. You've probably already looked into everything, but just in case, be sure to speak to your dentist! *hugs*4 -

4/28 - 127.8 - yesterday under calories and at least got 8K steps
4/29 - 127.2 - yesterday under calories and 11K steps, no actual workout though
4/30 - 127.8 - yesterday significantly over calories and very few steps. Just a bit of an emo day. I really do not do well when my regular workout partner (hubs) isn't well ... he has asthma so he gets a bye, me, just emo and unfocused.
5/1 - 129.2 - and DESERVED. If it had sugar in it and was not nailed down, I ate it yesterday. Horrifying. I am still eating like I was on vacation and getting 15-25K steps a day, and with an acquired taste for sugary "energy" foods like was able to get away with on the trip, while I sit at my desk and am frustrated with people and try to catch up on projects. Post vacation Whoops got me big time!!
So here is the plan: log every bite today, which I got out of the habit of in the past several weeks. Get a workout today even though I have work and writing group. Walk on breaks, get 5K steps by 5PM and 40 flights. Start my journal pages for May which will help me with daily goals.

4/30 – 63.4kgs – surprised its not higher considered I ate so poorly the previous day. Had party pies, sausage rolls, lamingtons, lots of cheese, crackers, dips etc.

5/02 – 62.5kgs – Yes! Into my 62’s! Super happy and I’ve met my RGW. Lets hope it stays at this or will lower. NGW: 62kgs.

Thanks for the ((hugs)) I've been massaging and exercising the joint. Not too much pain unless I try to eat. Yeah, this time my teeth won't set together. I've suffered with this since I was a child. I don't currently use a mouth guard, but I have in the past. I'm certain it was brought on by my eating pecans. I guess today would be perfect for a peanut butter binge except I don't want any. Lol

4/29- I have had my rainbow of fruits and vegetables. Started taking fish oil again.
4/30 - Good walking day 11,500 steps. It was so nice outside, did a little to much cleaning the garden. Eating, drinking water healthy!

4/28: 192.9lbs (-3.3lbs from SW) I feel good that my weight has dropped by 3.3lbs. I know that I put the effort in, but I feel really bloated.. So it feels extra nice that the numbers are moving in the right direction. My SW is from wednesday.
4/29: 194.0lbs (-2.2lbs from SW) I was so proud of myself this saturday because I didn't go over 1200kcal. I actually ate less than 1200kcal.. I usually losen up a bit and eat around 1500kcal on saturdays, but not this saturday! This has to be water weight. And this is why I usually only weigh once a week
4/30: 193.3lbs (-2.9lbs from SW) I feel demotivated because of the weighing everyday. I eat a looot of salt and I’m on water retaining meds, I don’t think this challenge is for me I’ve sticked to 1200kcal for a month now without any splurges!
5/01: 192.2lbs (-4.0lbs from SW) Maybe I'll reach my goal. Too soon to tell with this weird body. Feeling more motivated now that the scale is going in the right direction
5/02: 191.8lbs (-4.4lbs from SW). Woooooo My goal! Lost some cm here and there, but my boobs have grown 3cm hahah! Nice to be 23 years old and still have growing boobs I guess. This is turning out better than expected, even if it's clearly something hormonal going on.
