First Timer here! I've lost 12lbs this year and though it's slow, it is also consistent so I can't complain. I'm interested to see how my weight and eating habits fluctuate daily and hopefully get a grip on my habits!!

Please count me in. It’s gonna be a challenge stepping on the scale every day but I’m ready for the challenge. Gainging so much weight in the last few years have been difficult on me, I’ve lost all self confident and can’t recognize myself in the mirror anymore. Hopefully this group will help me find my way again. ( sorry for the long comment, I’m very emotional today)14

I didn't realize until a few minutes ago that I'm more than 50 lbs down from my heaviest weight (January 2015). When I see 190 again, my weight will be lower than it's been since high school. Life is working, and I'm just going to take another moment to thank everyone here for everything. This place has allowed me to sit with whatever it is that's been bothering me. It's given me space to really examine how I've been living my life, especially the pattern(s) that have been derailing me from previous success. I feel so much more prepared to deal with life than I was a few months ago, and this group has everything to do with that. I'm blessed to have you in my life, and I love each and every one of you.

I always feel "fuller" during the summer months. Now that I'm older, I don't do well in excessive heat. I spend more time than I'd like under air conditioning. I'll probably see some stalls in weightloss over the next 5 months, but I will power through.
This morning when I stepped on the scale and it read 202, the first thing I wanted to do was update my MFP progress. I haven't updated since I weighed 205.4. My weight has been so up and down crazy with fluid retention that I have adopted the wait and see approach. After reading that article, I may be waiting quite a while to update my "official" weight.

The weight has crept up and up over the years. I have reached a point where this has to turn around. I am here to take that step to making the small changes needed and trying to sustain them. I am trying to incorporate a low carb life style to push through this time. I will report a quick view on my diet for the previous day and my exercise.
