Feeling good, weighed in at gym before workout yesterday, I have lost 13 lbs since I started there. (Monday after Easter) this knowledge gave me energy, added more weights to the fit bars, moved faster (still got out of breath)
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel!

Last week put wrong CGW it was for a different challenge. Nothing has changed in the last I'm at a stand still, have not been feeling physically well, having a lot of pain still from a bone problem. Hopefully will feel better by next week.

I hate to say this but I keep running on this challenge. I've been working on losing 100 lbs for over a year now (actually, about 3 or 4 years). But this is going to be the last time I "try," because I'm going to do it this time. I'm 206.6 and 5'1" so I'm right around losing 100 lbs to goal weight (if I don't stop at 125). I've lost 1.4 lbs the last week and while I messed up and gained some back during that week (for a net of 1.4!), I'm learning what I need to do. Good luck and good blessing that we all do to lose the weight and get healthier.5
