I moved on because I had to in order to save my sanity and my self respect... but there isn't a day that goes by where I'm not triggered by a memory, a song, a smell, a word. It still hurts. So much so that I cannot allow myself to remember the good times. That part of my heart will always be occupied.
I wonder how long it'll take before it stops hurting and I can let those memories back in.4 -
