I was surprised this jump didn’t really seem too difficult. Made for a good start to my day!

I did NOT feel like it this morning. But I didn’t have any issues.

One thing I like about the higher weeks is not stopping and starting so much.

Hope you’re still hanging in there!

    Hi Cora!
Good to see you are doing great on the program!
Due to my mother's illness and hospitalization I wasn't able to run or even follow my diet as I was busy taking care of her and rounds of tests, etc. But with God's grace she is doing better now. I am back on track as well. Somehow my app is not directly posting on the Instagram so I took a screenshot to post here.
Wish you a fabulous day! :)

Great finish to the month!! :) I would be running tomorrow and on Wednesday. Then will go on a four days trip so no run there. Will be back on 7th June. It's really inspiring to see your progress on the program! Let's do our best! o:)

I lacked motivation this morning and had to rely completely on determination. I hope at some point I don’t feel like watching the clock hoping for the end the whole time.

Hit the 30 minute mark! The distance was only 2 miles, but I’m less worried about distance, and more motivated by stamina -which is definitely increasing.

Today was supposed to be the day that I hit 5K. I’ve been running a bit slower to be nice to a sore knee, so I only managed 2.3 miles. But I did run for 35 minutes straight, so I’ll take it!

I went to hometown for an engagement ceremony and my phone got lost. Couldn't log in and lost my logging streak. :( It would be 500 days by now. Good thing is I did put on only 2 pounds and shedded it already.
    Have to restart my training.
    You are doing awesome!! :)

I felt like I wasn’t going to make it the entire time, but I did. I think the diet is what’s killing me. My sister is coming for a visit next week and I will be eating more calories for those days, I’m sure. I’ll see how those runs feel.

Last time I felt like quitting the whole time, but this time I felt good the whole time. I ran faster and longer too. I really doubted whether I should stick with the program last time, thinking maybe I should stick with 5K and not bother with 10, but today gives me hope that I can go all the way. :)

The run felt good today. It was nice to see good calorie burn from the increased time and speed too!

    Hope you are doing well!

It's really getting tough with the hot weather here these days. I postpone my runs to evening then it just doesn't happen. But today I was determined no matter what I will finish it and so I did. :) Week 4 day 2 completed.
I agree that over the time running for a longer period is getting easier.

    Great job!

Today’s run felt a little harder even though it was the same as the last one. I’m tired from my sister’s visit
