I'm not going to set a goal for this challenge, I'm only going to say as close to my goal weight as possible. I'm taking it a month at a time.

I would love to start this challenge. I definitely need something long term to help me stay on track! I don’t have a particular goal weight for the end of this but my stats are:

Gained two pounds but I expected it. We've been out of our house the past few days while carpet was being installed in the bedrooms. Today my husband is laying the floors in our living room and kitchen so still won't be able to cook. Been eating out all week.

Wow congrats to all and their successes!! I'm just late to join not even fashionably late LOL. I'd like to join in as well since it would be perfect for cosplay opportunities! My end date would be Oct 5th as I have a cosplay convention on the 6th to go to. And I work night shift so I'll be posting at odd hours but I did get my workout in for yesterday, only working out on my days off.
Not sure if this is relevant but I'm 5'5".
Starting Weight Jan 8th: 189lbs
Current Weight May 20th: 170lbs
So excited
Short term goal: 160lbs by June 22nd
Long term goal: 140lbs - 130lbs by Oct. 5th ish0 -

After a month of the scale not moving too much it decided to move all at once. I am definitely happy with this weigh in as it gives me the motivation I need to keep moving forward. Next week I am hoping for a 2 pound loss.2
