@OHammykins I am not so fond of this one, hands/measuring cups are a terrible method of calculating calories, the secret to serving size is a food scale. There's a video floating about somewhere on the boards that has comparison of the two, will see if I can find a link to it.

@tinkerbellang83 I agree that weighing food is better but when you're eating out you may not have access to a scale. Knowing how to judge area would be a better alternative than completely guessing!! But when I have a scale, there's no comparison3
