From 511 to 175: a 336 lb loss over 5 years

This is what I needed to see. I only have about 55 pounds to lose and sometimes I cry it’s so hard, but look at you. What you did was so amazing and you did it the right way. I also am losing at a 1.5 lb/week rate and I keep telling myself that it will come with time, just stay consistent. Truly inspirational!!!0

I am currently 477lbs and wants to lose 200lbs+ your story helps me with no it can be done. Only difference is that i hope to lose 200lbs in a year.1
