Ughhh! Has been awhile. I have fallen off the wagon as of late! Been working out but my diet has been poor to say the least! Getting back to disciplined this week! Or at least hope to. Hard to eat right when I’m only home half the time but I have a better plan now so we will see!
Well if that’s what you look like, you’re doing something right!!!
I was just going to say that. If that's his pic and he's "middle aged" I'd keep doing what you're doing.2 -
