I have had some successes in the past but essentially got rid of them by becoming sedentary and not taking care of myself the way that I should. Hello! I'm turning 40 in a few months and am from Oshkosh, WI. I'm new to the site, but I love it! I love reading about everyone's achievements. You guys are able to take a fall and get up and keep going! I used to make charts about weight and track my measurements when I was younger. I didn't have access to a program that keeps your calorie count though. This is amazing! I plan to keep logging on everyday so I can see my progress and support others! I was challenged by a friend to sign up and he and I are keeping each other motivated as well. I'm not afraid of turning 40 because I believe you are as old as you feel. Some days it's 50. most of the time I feel 25 and act like it too! lol I want to change my lifestyle, not just to lose weight. I have problems eating healthy, but I've been motivated to exercise as much as I can. After my divorce I gained at least 30 lbs. Boo for emotional eating. I want to be able to achieve my dreams in life, and I can't do that with the pain or the shape that I am in. Now I have the motivation to get fit! Better late than never! Good luck guys!2
