5/23. Same. really,hard to believe that it isn't down swam & was under calories ,water ok...but As long as that emotional "I can do this" button is pushed on I stay motivated but hope tomorrow I get a negative on the scale.I have such a long way to go.5 -
I started this challenge at round 27, at 227.8. I ended round 38 at 194. That is a 33 pound loss! I love this challenge! It goes against everything I USED to believe about weighing in daily, and has taught me to really listen to my body, not get discouraged by small set backs, and to celebrate the small victories!
Round 41 SW 189.2 My goal is keep moving down and stay in the 180's and to finally get to the 40 pound mark!

05/18--178.8 I woke up feeling 'puffy' and groggy today, and I have a headache. The scale reflects how I feel. Not a great start to this round but I'll try to make up for it this weekend.
05/19--TOM snuck up on me, so I'm avoiding the scale for a few days! That explains how I felt yesterday. Went to Pilates this morning and tracking my calories; I tend to want to binge eat this time of the month so I have to be extra vigilant. Was going to get some landscaping done but it's too cold outside today--hopefully tomorrow!
05/20 (Birthday)--Skipping the scale today. Last night we went to dinner to celebrate my birthday and we also bought a bunch of shrubs and plants to start filling in our bare front yard. The sun is shining and I can't wait to get out there and get things in the ground!
05/21--178.0 Not super happy with this number but I know it's probably related to TOM.
05/22--179.4 OMG you guys. I was soooooooo hungry last night. I ate WAY over my calories. Still, I'm hoping most of this is just water retention. I am noticing a pattern; I went back and looked and the last time I really felt like bingeing was right after TOM. I love that these challenges have helped me identify patterns so I can start trying to be better prepared.

5/18: 135.6, enjoyed a nice date with wine tasting and 1/2 of a thin crust pizza. Well worth the salt blowup.
5/19: 134.8, a little under my daily minimum calories and macros too fat heavy. Very busy at work yesterday and a sick dog all last night. I'm curious to see how my energy level will affect my appetite and cravings today.
5/20: 134.2, been putting in a lot of work hours = lack of meal prep and cooking. Eggs are this girl’s best friend. Egg salad (3 medium eggs + .5 TBS mayo + .5 TBS mustard) on 1 slice of Dave’s Awesome bread-thin slice is a very filling meal.
5/21: 134.2, was at a deficit yesterday, but I was preoccupied with snackish-junk food; a sure sign I was tired. Good thing I didn’t have cash on me and I was too busy most of the day to cave in. The accountability of this challenge and my group text friends is really keeping me on track. Thank you everyone.
5/22: 133.4, certainly enjoyed this. Not a lot of food yesterday which isn’t great. Definitely looking forward to my next day off.

5/18- 230.6- So of course my first day, first round I wake up sick, nose and throat suck right now. Diary will be filled with Soup and OJ.
5/19- 229.6- sick all weekend so I didn't log on but i did weight myself. Mostly soup all weekend so sodium was high, so not much movement in the weight.
5/20- 229.4- same as above
5/21- 230.0- feeling better today, and it finally stopped raining. may go for a walk today at lunch.
5/22-230.0- Still no movement, but it better than going up
5/23-230.0- same as yesterday. Really gonna try for a walk at lunch, no rain today Hoping for a loss tomorrow morning.

5/23 - Starting late. I’ve been very off the last 1.5weeks which I’ve put it down to PMS. But TOM has started but my tummy is not feeling well still. On Monday (21.05.18), I felt so full and I wasnt able to eat properly but i tried. On Monday night, my stomach was very bloated and it was hurting mildly. Didnt think much of it - thought maybe my over indulging it from the previous week and Sunday was causing this. Came Tuesday, my bloating had gone slightly down over night but still there but by night time, it was very bloated again that it was hurting. It was uncomfortable and waddling like I was in the late pregnancy stages. My partner made a comment that my stomach looked odd. I think I might have eaten something that I’m sensitive to but I havent been sensitive to anything my whole life! I checked my food diary and I can only put it down to have gluten at night time as I didnt have gluten products in the morning. Best to check with the docs..
@biche896 Definitely check with your doctor. This isn't normal and there's a chance it may be more than gluten.4 -

I figured I'd be up after a weekend visiting family. My hands are visibly swollen from water retention too. I feel like crap. I'm going to work on eating better, feeling better, and getting back to my exercise routine this week and see if I can recover from this weekend.

But Sunday was another day of weird eating, not because I was away from home, but I felt like I was starving all day. I was significantly over calories, but I'm okay with having a day like that on occasion. I am starting today feeling less like I need to gnaw on someone.

5/19 202.1 I love graphing my weight loss. I don’t plot my trend line for weight loss. I just plot my actual weight for each morning. I’ve had 10 days of weight loss in a row on my scale. Based on the past several weeks of my graph, I’m expecting a few days of my weight leveling off before it begins that downward slope again. Guess I’ll see if that happens this time. Woke up to another rainy day here in NJ. Walking in my yard is like walking on a wet sponge. All you do is squish.

5/17: 149.0. (T-1) Another day for sleeping in. That’s okay. I’ll have plenty of activity today. The yard needs mowing and I’ll push away from my desk and walk at lunch. Lunch is packed.
5/18: Field trip with the girl child, spelunking. Morning workout. Food- was okay.
5/19: 148.5. Logged it. Won’t see it again for a while, but I happened. Weight lifting. Followed by golf. Lots of activity. But the food just wasn't there. A couple glasses of wine. Some chocolates...
5/20: Busy day in the kitchen. Food was plentiful and on plan but wasn't logged. Active day but no formal activities. Tracker at 12k steps. No happy face today since the food just wasn't there.
5/21: 152.0- Was away from MFP this weekend. Allowing myself to have some freedom from tracking lately and few things (ice cream, wine, grilled cheese) that are not within my "plan". Today I am back on track. Excited to see a new number (<149) in the days to come as I shed the retained water from my indiscretions. Walked at lunch with Leslie. Mowed the yard after work with some other yard work. ~17k steps. Food was on track and logged. It was a GOOD day!
5/22: 150.0- Morning weight workout. Won’t be able to walk at lunch. Got in about 15 mins of TKD before the girl child overheated and we had to go home. Food within boundaries. And logged.
5/23: 148.5- Slept hard last night. Body temperature is up. Is Weight lifting causing this? No morning workout. Time today to get out and walk at work. Bike ride tonight?

round 33 - start=215lbs end 202lbs
round 34 - start = 202 end 192.8lbs stomach empty and bone dry
round 35 - start = 192 end 196lbs
round 36 – 195lbs no change.
Round 37 194lbs start and finish but did see 192 for a couple days
Round 38 –196lbs starting – 194lbs end. I went into this round kinda heavy. Not really counting this as a loss
Round 39 goal – would like to see at least one morning weigh in less than 190# - goal obtained but maybe went a little to far. 187.8lbs ending weight.
Round 40 goal. – consistency – did okay till vacation week. Ending weight 188lbs
Round 41 goal – vacation is over. Goal is to get back to eating my limited food choice diet
5/23 - I am back from vacation and have some work to do. First time on the scale in a week. 195lbs this morning.
