    When I first joined MFP and lost 125+lbs, these challenges really helped me. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to stick with recent challenges that I’ve joined and I’ve slowly gained back some weight. I hope to change that with this 12 week challenge.

    @GW4321 that's exactly why I started this. I needed to keep myself accountable to myself. And I'm so grateful that people joined because now I have extra motivation to see it through.

    Week 1 - 226.4 down 2 lbs since this started. Yeay. :) This week was tough. I started over. Joined a gym and really made a decision not to stick to the plan.
