When I first joined MFP and lost 125+lbs, these challenges really helped me. Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to stick with recent challenges that I’ve joined and I’ve slowly gained back some weight. I hope to change that with this 12 week challenge.

Week 1 - 226.4 down 2 lbs since this started. Yeay. This week was tough. I started over. Joined a gym and really made a decision not to stick to the plan.

@girlspartan WI every 7th day. So at the END of each week. For me that's Sunday because I break my week up that way and because I started the challenge on a Monday. But as long as you're consistent with the day it can be your regular WI day.0 -
