    Good morning middle agers. My only baby turns 20 today and that feels weird. I remember the day we brought her home! At least I still have my long term memory even if short term sometimes lacks at my middle aged 56! Carpe Diem!

    Hmm, my second baby just got married at 24. I told her it seems like we were changing her diapers not so long ago, now she's going out the door in a wedding dress!!

    It's another beautiful day here, we're being spoiled by gorgeous weather. My birthday month starts Friday. I begin the downslide to 50 after this birthday.

    Been trying the gym for a while but recently got into it properly
    Hope i can get some motivation from here ...etc

    Loooking to add some weight...muscle..tone etc

    Good Morning! Hope everyone is having a great hump day! Mid week and feeling good, started my morning with a 4 mile walk ! When I work out or walk in the morning I Always have a good attitude about the day ! I hope great things unfold for everyone today !
