48 this year. Been doing MyFP off and on for years, and am here again. My attitude is different this time, so I believe I am going to do better. Before I would do everything oh so perfect for a while (sometimes months) but I'd inevitably mess up, and then I'd give up. I'm changing the way I think about things (it's a work in progress). If I go over, well, I'm over, and the next day is another chance to do better. So, would love to have some more friends to help with that.

Goodmorning. Its 58 degrees in cabazon ca

    Ok so what is
    55f
    88f
    58f
    In Celsius lol

To give you a guide.......16 degrees Centigrade is 61 degrees Fahrenheit.

    The Conversion Formula is T(°F) = T(°C) × 1.8 + 32.

    So, 55f is 13c.

    So, 58f is is 14.5c.

    So, 88f is 31c.

My time in Germany was well spent.

Thank you, I appreciate that ..

Lots of great "middle agers" here. So, for those of you that exercise - what is your "go to" workout?

Hmmmm I thought 40 was the new 30 and now I find out I'm middle aged.... Damn it!!! :)

    I agree with @nickylee76 ... I don’t want to be middle aged. I just turned 40!

My go to workout is stair climbing, walking, chasing/throwing the football (my son is a kicker), breaking up wrestling matches, etc... I was active with crossfit but our gym recently closed.

Hey everyone! Turned 50 last November and am turning over a new leaf. Sick of being tired and sick! After many years of marriage, I finally get to do something for myself. Besides, if the Zombie apocalypse ever happens..I need to up my cardio!

Just stumbled across this group. I'm on the 'right side' of the 30/40/50 range but still feel like I'm in the "middle." Feel free to add me!

41- I enjoy kickboxing, walking, and whatever Jillian Michaels video. I just need to get started again. My biggest issue is time.
