    Happy Friday Eve! I hope everyone has a great day. Had a fantastic leg workout this morning. It was so good that my legs were shaking in the shower. :D It is going to be a beautiful day in Virginia today. Make it a great one!

    Good Thursday! Was at the gym by 5:30 this morning to ward off the damage from last night's Italian dinner out. Tonight is Indian though--looks like another early gym day tomorrow. Eating out kills me if it's Italian or Indian. Carpe diem!

    It is ALWAYS a beautiful day in Virginia. Down in Roanoke by the Hospital on the Greenway....listening to the quiet hush of the water, the little buggers riding their bikes, the bugs and the frogs and the birds....does it get any better than that? Rhetorical question - because it does not.

    Yes, Virginia is for Lovers. Our rest stops even have big letters that say "LOVE" for you and your loved one to get your picture together.
