    Hey, can I join in?! I see a couple of familiar "faces"/names on here. I'm at the upper end of this group (55) . . . so saying hi from the Midwest (nowhere near the beach/ocean :( ) and hoping you are all having a great weekend!

    It's been hot and muggy here in the Midwest, but this weekend has been slightly cooler. Low 80's tomorrow and sunny -- perfect! Going to hit a kettlebell class at the gym tomorrow, do a few things around the house . . . then time to relax!

    Happy Sunday. It’s rained so continually I think I’m starting to like it. Gym in a bit and then meal prepping for the week. Down 2.6 at weigh in yesterday from last weigh in May 19. When you work at it, it really does work. Carpe Diem.
