@quiltingjaine I’ve had GPs and dermatologists look at it. All agree, it’s not eczema, nor stress induced, not anything they can label except atopic dermatitis which means “itchy inflammation of the skin.” Babies tend to get it on their cheeks. It’s supposed to resolve within months. I’ve had it for years. Yay...3

5/31--135.... Got on scale rather than looking at my muscle/fat etc. And shocked myself cause 135-140lbs is my biggest-not being careful weight. As in I start feeling thick and stuffed. I thought I was around 130! Goodness me. I'm still surprised about it.

5/28 93.1kg Night shift struggling to eat all my calories but made it to group Training!
5/29 92.8kg have been losing too quick need to try and meet calorie target, appetites back now my colds gone.
5/30 93.5kg first upwards blip. Was waiting for it. End of TOM and post night shift always put me at my heaviest for a few days. Another 5 days and I think it will settle down again
5/31 93.1 kg personal training yesterday, can’t decide what to make for dinner tonight
6/01 92.8kg and the scales have headed back down, quicker than I thought. Had the best cookie yesterday. Big socialising weekend ahead may be a challenge food wise.
6/02 92.1kg -700g overnight seems like a blip. Had friends over for dinner, they bought nice champagne so I indulged but stayed under maintenance

5/28. 200 lbs. logged EVERYTHING I ate today. I had to force myself to do so. I can fool the apps but my body is showing what I eat anyway!!! Might as well be real with the apps!
5/29 199 lbs. logged everything- went over calorie limit by 39. Tomorrow I will work hard to not go over the limit. Planning is the key.
5/30 199 lbs. logged everything. The ugly lunch and the hideous dinner. I was all set to eat chicken breast and veggies for dinner. Then I saw krispy Krunchy chicken on 125th st. I HAD to try it. Oh my was it disgusting. Gotta kick the habit of every new place I see, I gotta try the food. The majority of the time, I am disappointed in the taste of the food.
5/31 199 lbs. honest logging still going on. Unfortunately I didn’t eat enough today. Know planning helps with this. Will do so on Saturday.
6/01 195 lbs didn’t eat enough today. But I did eat my pretzels. That was good for me.

5/28- Made a list on improvements, eating, exercise and my goals to work on.
5/29 - Watched my food choices. Ate at home instead of going to a restaurant. Went for a long walk after dinner.
5/30- Today I was bit of a picky eater. Had a MRI -was not enjoyable.
5/31-Big improvements in my overall health, starting to feel back to myself, staying active.
6/1- since my surgery I am having a real hard time losing my weight because I had to take steroids. It doesn't seem to matter what I eat. Going to the doctors Tuesday - have it checked out. Good walking steps.6 -

5/29 93.7kg (-1.1kg) I lost the kilo I gained between Sunday and Monday hahahaha. Walked 9000steps
5/30 93.4kg (-0.3kg) Worked, walked 8000 steps and ate 300 kcal too little.
5/31 93.1kg (-0.3kg) Had a blèhhh day, worked, walked 8500 steps and had a good night sleep!
6/01 93.0kg (-0.1kg) Still blèhhh, walked 7500 steps. Tricky part starts where I loose weight and think I can eat something extra...... Oh boy, I need to keep strong!!
6/02 92.8kg (-0.2kg) Had a good walked, walked less, only 6000 steps, but stayed strong and left the snacks in the cupboard!!

5/29: 181.0 I'm still at the very beginning of this journey, but I'm starting to make actual progress. Finally seeing a difference in my mirror.
5/30: 180.6 Excited to think about breaking through 180 and get into the 170s for the first time since 2013.
5/31: 180.4 Slow and sure this round.
6/01: 180.4 I always seem to slow down coming up to a goal. Come on 179.x!!

6/02 163.2 lbs. Might be high sodium food yesterday and surplus 200 calories. I ran after a long time but as obvious you can't outrun a surplus diet.

5/29 – 153lbs Yesterday was a bad day for me had quite a lot of food.
5/30 - 153lbs Yesterday was a bad day for me had quite a lot of food. I'm really struggling with my diet.
5/31 - 153lbs again I went over my calories yesterday. All healthy foods but i know I need to eat less. Going to the gym tonight so that will keep me on track.
6/01 - 152.3lbs yesterday was much better eating yesterday hopefully that's me back on track
6/02 -152.2lbs Yesterday was an ok day eating wise. Weekends are my worst days by far but hoping to stay in my cal allowance.

5/28 304.4 (+0.2) -- (Hot day yesterday at the Indy500 so lots of extra hydration. Should shed it today and get to business for the next nine days)
5/29 304.6 (+0.4) -- I think being at home is tougher than being at the office in terms of food choices. Stayed on plan and for me 0.4 is a blip. I will be traveling for work this week and will need to be focused on good food choices.
5/30 303.2 (-1.2) -- This helps. I try not to get too up or too down based on the number on the scale but heading on the road this morning seeing a down number does keep me motivated to stay on plan.
5/31 303.2 (-1.2) -- Did good on the first day of my road trip. Brought snacks in the car instead of stopping at fast food restaurants. Ate good choices at lunch with my customers. Stopped at a grocery store to buy some prepared food instead of another restaurant last night since I didn't have a dinner scheduled. Feel good this morning.
6/1 303.2 (-1.2) -- Went to the Pirates/Cards baseball game last night while visiting St Louis. Had a couple of light beers and a hot dog -- it's a baseball game after all....headed home later today. Road trip mostly successful so far....Hope everyone has a great weekend.
6/2 304.0 (-0.4) -- Home again. Up a tick but I ate much more sodium while traveling than I had been so hopefully just water retention. We'll find out tomorrow.

5/30 147 pounds. I am up 2.5 lbs from last weeks weigh in. I am feeling concerned about binge eating.
5/31 146.5 I ate to much again last nite. I don't know whats gotten into me. I need to get this under control. Starting today, I will eat in my calorie goal.
6/01 147 that was expected. I did not control my food again last nite. I start and i don't stop.
6/02 145 this morning. Don't know why I'm down. Didn't eat a whole lot better.
