      As someone who has witnessed a neighbour's house get practically destroyed by a party that got posted on social media where literally hundreds of kids showed up, I'm so glad the police respond to these calls. It took them only 10 minutes to get there, and in that short amount of time, the damage that was done was incredible.

      My neighbour was away at his cottage for the weekend and left his 16 yr old daughter at home to have a "sleepover with a few girlfriends." Somehow the word got out and this was the result. The daughter didn't even know most of them. :(

      The damage and theft was appraised at over 150K. All in less than an hour from the time it started, the police were called, arrived and kicked everyone out.

      I was being facetious. I've made noise calls too. A family in neighborhood thought it was great to rehearse their band with the garage door wide open at like 10pm.
