I am in! Going to try a little different follow-up by adding my final weights from each round. So even though I have been doing this off and on for a while. Let's see if that doesn't give me some additional motivation (just not going to go back to look up the weights, will go from this point forward). Bring it on Round #43! I will be on the move beginning 6/10, so not sure about scale availability.

Ultimate Goal: 175 lbs, reevaluate at that point
June
7: 201... Had company from out of state last night and ate a late supper with a bit of wine. It was a nice evening with friends. Taking the kids on a family day trip today, and will just enjoy whatever meals are available as I'm not sure where we'll end up eating. Spontaneous quality family time day to just enjoy each other and life! I may or may not log, but I imagine the scale will go up tomorrow. This kind of feels like my "weekend."

I'm fully back on Keto, and it kinda feels like I never left. I haven't had an official weigh-in below 190, but I have seen it on my scale, and I'm really excited. The end of last round was fantastic (~5lbs in 3 days), and it looks like it "stuck." Going on vacation next Tuesday for 1 week (and with my in-law side of the family... 10 people... in a van), and I'm really happy that I got back on Keto before this. It's just not THAT hard to maintain, and it gives me an extra reason (for them) to stay away from things I've always wanted to stay away from.

Day/Weight/Comment
6/07 = 190.4 (+0.2), BF% = 15.3 (no change). I'm really happy to see this number, as I was not fully convinced that yesterday's weigh-in was accurate. I snacked a bit much yesterday, which led to me eating at about maintenance. I'm feeling super-positive right now. I have basketball and the weightlifting tonight. I think I'm eventually going to alternate my weightlifting and basketball days; I'm not sure it will make a difference health/fitness-wise, but it should improve the likelihood that I get my weightlifting in. At this point, when I have to sacrifice something (because of time), I just do legs at the gym, not upper body.

My husband does this! He's 66 and thin as a rail. He brought home a couple cupcakes from work and left them on the counter. Every time I saw him in the general vicinity of the kitchen, I told him to EAT THOSE CUPCAKES. I also said come trash day, I'm throwing them out! He finally ate them when he heard that6 -
@tiabirdie56 I just wanted to let you know that I didn't think there was any chance I would be right here, right now (almost under 190, when I was either at 194 or 195). Something about what you said to me 2-3 days ago inspired me, and I wanted to make sure to let you know that. Thank you!!!

I am totally piggybacking on this comment to say YES! This group is amazing. I've made wonderful supportive connections and am now almost at my goal weight. I'm sad that I might have to leave when I'm done losing though. Can we all make a maintenance challenge maybe? Haha
Thank you all so much for being so inspirational x12 -
