    12/29 - 214 Huge scale spike from this diet break. Restart the calorie restriction on Jan. 4th. Hoping the woosh is just as impressive.
    1/5/18 - 209.5 - good drop from that spike. Reworking my calorie targets.
    1/12/18 - 209 - Not the worst news. Ok, body - I'm patient - but seriously, let's shed some pounds.
    1/19/18 - 215 today - Arrggghhhh! So frustrating. I think I need to lower my calorie targets.
    1/26/18 - 208.5 today. The trend is downward. YAY! Adjusted calorie target to 2000 per day. Hopefully that is the right number. Onward to Onederland!
    2/2/18 - 209 More arrggghhhh! Two more weeks like this and I will adjust calories. It seems like 2000 is maintenance level for me.
    2/9/18 - 210.5 - Looking like a plateau from here.
    2/23/18 - 212.5 after vacay. Back to the deficit grind!
    3/2/18 - 208.5 - YAY! Have adjusted calories to 1800 for weekdays and 2500 refeed days for weekends. Let's see if that will work.
    3/9/18 - 206 - another YAY! Aiming for a new low (sub 203) by the end of this month.
    3/16/18 - 208 - could be worse, but this is getting old. Was hoping to see more steady (albeit slow) progress downward.
    3/23/18 - 205.5 - Okiedokey. Slow and steady loss. Real slooooow! HAHA! :D
    3/30/18 - 204.5 - Progress. That's one pound per week over the last four weeks.
    4/6/18 - 205.5 - I can live with that. Feel great with plenty of energy for workouts.
    4/13/18 - 208.5 - Took a road trip this week. Missed a workout and drank some extra calories. The good news - I am maintaining in the 205-209 range for six weeks now.
    4/20/18 - 204 this morning! YAY! Let's keep this rolling, body!
    4/27/18 - 203.5 this morning and I was at 202 on Tuesday. Slow but steady.
    5/4/18 - 208 - jumped up this week - that birthday party midweek did me no good. The Libra trend line is downward though. Better news next week.
    5/11/18 - 203 - inching downward. I'll take it.
    5/18/18 - 206 - back up this week. AARRRGGGGHHHHH! I'm getting frustrated here. Can't seem to make any consistent progress. Diet break scheduled to start in ten days - I'm tempted to just start it now.
    5/25/18 - 207 - Extreme frustration. Not losing anything for months. On the bright side - holding in this 203-209 range. Time for a break from calorie restriction.

    I’m so psyched to be a part of this challenege! I haven’t made progress since February and would love to start again.

    I’m currently 155 and would like to be 115. I started off at 173 and so I still have a fair bit to go. I’d like to lose ~1.5 lbs/week. So by end of January 2019, I’d get to 115 lbs. I’d also like to work out 3x per week.

    Here’s a timeline of my goals:

    June 2: 153.5
    June 9: 152
    June 16: 150.5
    June 23: 149
    June 30: 147.5

    End of July: 141.5- 143.5

    End of August: 135.5-137.5

    End of September: 129.5-131.5

    End of October: 123.5-125.5

    End of November: 117.5-119.5

    This is my last post here. I have gone on a diet and heavy lifting break for 14 days until 15th June. I am eating at maintenance (2500 cals) and am maintaining (well d'oh!) at the 170ish or just below mark. I have reviewed my goals in light of what I want to achieve aesthetically and strength wise. My strength goals and my training in the gym (currently doing strongman once a week and heading into a powerlifting programme to raise my one rep maxes again June 16th onwards) is more important to me and I find it really enjoyable, so I want to eat as much as I can in order to maintain decent strength and lose a little fat each week, so my goal weight goal post (or whatever you wanna call it) has moved to end of May 2019. Will be eating at 2250 cals for a bit to lose at this rate. I have packed on some pretty solid lean mass over the years and so do not look too shabby at this higher weight...have come to terms with the slower approach is what I need to be doing. I am just too hungry, irritable or feeling weaker in my lifting otherwise.

I have packed on some pretty solid lean mass over the years and so do not look too shabby at this higher weight...have come to terms with the slower approach is what I need to be doing. I am just too hungry, irritable or feeling weaker in my lifting otherwise.

    Great insight, @nexangelus. I've also struggled with trying to increase lift weights while in a deficit. Reassessing that right now.

    12/29 - 214 Huge scale spike from this diet break. Restart the calorie restriction on Jan. 4th. Hoping the woosh is just as impressive.
    1/5/18 - 209.5 - good drop from that spike. Reworking my calorie targets.
    1/12/18 - 209 - Not the worst news. Ok, body - I'm patient - but seriously, let's shed some pounds.
    1/19/18 - 215 today - Arrggghhhh! So frustrating. I think I need to lower my calorie targets.
    1/26/18 - 208.5 today. The trend is downward. YAY! Adjusted calorie target to 2000 per day. Hopefully that is the right number. Onward to Onederland!
    2/2/18 - 209 More arrggghhhh! Two more weeks like this and I will adjust calories. It seems like 2000 is maintenance level for me.
    2/9/18 - 210.5 - Looking like a plateau from here.
    2/23/18 - 212.5 after vacay. Back to the deficit grind!
    3/2/18 - 208.5 - YAY! Have adjusted calories to 1800 for weekdays and 2500 refeed days for weekends. Let's see if that will work.
    3/9/18 - 206 - another YAY! Aiming for a new low (sub 203) by the end of this month.
    3/16/18 - 208 - could be worse, but this is getting old. Was hoping to see more steady (albeit slow) progress downward.
    3/23/18 - 205.5 - Okiedokey. Slow and steady loss. Real slooooow! HAHA! :D
    3/30/18 - 204.5 - Progress. That's one pound per week over the last four weeks.
    4/6/18 - 205.5 - I can live with that. Feel great with plenty of energy for workouts.
    4/13/18 - 208.5 - Took a road trip this week. Missed a workout and drank some extra calories. The good news - I am maintaining in the 205-209 range for six weeks now.
    4/20/18 - 204 this morning! YAY! Let's keep this rolling, body!
    4/27/18 - 203.5 this morning and I was at 202 on Tuesday. Slow but steady.
    5/4/18 - 208 - jumped up this week - that birthday party midweek did me no good. The Libra trend line is downward though. Better news next week.
    5/11/18 - 203 - inching downward. I'll take it.
    5/18/18 - 206 - back up this week. AARRRGGGGHHHHH! I'm getting frustrated here. Can't seem to make any consistent progress. Diet break scheduled to start in ten days - I'm tempted to just start it now.
    5/25/18 - 207 - Extreme frustration. Not losing anything for months. On the bright side - holding in this 203-209 range. Time for a break from calorie restriction.
    6/9/18 - 207 - Maintaining on a diet break - I'll take it - no big spike this time. A couple more weeks of this and then I will restart calorie restriction.
    6/15/18- 208 - Maintaining - eating around 2800 calories per day average. Hoping this will allow for some weight loss next month.
