    6/07 - 160.7 Ready to take on these next 10 days with discipline and self-control!
    6/08 - 159.0 Great day yesterday! Didn’t feel deprived, but I was able to stay in control of my eating.
    6/09 - 161.0. Unexpected grill out at my parents’ last night and went a little overboard. Back on track for the rest of the weekend.

    6/07- 132.4 - lots of brown rice and broccoli for lunch and dinner. Need to make sleep a priority.
    6/08 - 133.2 -always annoying when you eat no processed food, lots of veggies and come in heavier. Gym and yoga. Intermittent fast from 6pm-11am. Swim got rained out.
    6/09 132.8. Yay. Was expecting to have gained weight as we did sushi last night but I don’t use say sauce so winning. I slept through my morning alarm to go run. Sleep continues to be a need. Plan to run later and indoor Rock climb.

    6/08: 164.0 - good day yesterday. Exercised and ate well during the day but I had chocolate covered pretzels last night. I'm glad this is good!
    6/09: 163.7 - have to work on late night snacking. It is still a problem.

    6/07--176.4 Yes!!! Happy to see some movement to start off the round! Had a good day yesterday; didn't snack throughout the day and ended up only a few calories over my goal.
    6/08--176.2 Two days in a row is beautiful! I am determined to make this last the whole round! No snacking yesterday but I did overeat Ben and Jerry's non-dairy ice cream last night. Even so, only a few calories over my goal.
    6/09--176.4 Three days in a row at 176, haven't seen that in four years! Pilates this morning and hopefully working on some projects around the house this weekend. I tend to do better, food-wise, on the weekends.

    6/08 162 lbs Bit up. Also having a potluck today with my friends. Finger crossed for tomorrow! :tongue:
    6/09 163 lbs As expected. I think I should do some more steps
    6/10 163 lbs. Thankfully didn't gain as we had some unplanned Chicken biryani and roasted chicken last night as a birthday treat of my relative.

    weight on 1/29/18 = 234.5

    Round 43 goal – get to and stay in the upper 180’s


    6/7 – 189lbs – what do ya know. 2-pound loss overnight. Now STAY THERE
    6/8 – 188lbs – nice, had lots of fish and veggies yesterday. Also had adult beverages.
    6/9 – 191lbs – makes no cents but we all know it happens even when we eat right.
    6/10 – 191lbs – eat good. Had an entire jar of pickles 3 days in a row now. love them but maybe to much salt.
