    STARTING WEIGHT AND DATE WITH MFP: 202 lbs on June 2, 2012
    CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT: 148.6

    I HIT MY GOAL FOR THE WINTER CHALLENGE!!! LETS GIVE THIS A GO! LOVE THE ACCOUNTABILITY IT GIVES ME! I will be doing Thursday weigh-ins.

    MAY 3: 154.8 HUGE JUMP! Late nights at work, high carbs, little fluids
    MAY 10: 151.4 Late nights at work, lots of take out, little fluids, better on carbs
    MAY 17: 150.2 Going for 2 high carb days, so this number may go up for a few. :(
    MAY 24: 153.2 :( I have liked being between 150 - 154 for months. I can do high carb days, low carb days, lots of fluid, little fluid, high calories, low calories, and nothing seems to work.
    MAY 31: 150.6 I haven't even reached my starting weight for this challenge. That was my lowest point. The first and only time I saw that number. Must have been a fluke.

    JUNE 7: 147.2 lbs My new low, and unfortunately, I know it has been because I have been so busy that I have skipped some meals here and there. I do try to eat heavier meals though at dinner to make up for the calories I have lost.

    Stick with it. I'm having a similar frustration because I'm so close to my goal. I've got days in a row, even weeks, when I feel stuck. The reality is it's just up and down, and over a LONGER time span, it's consistently down. Just not very much.

    Now let's just see what happens at my next weigh-in. I may be saying the same thing you just did....

    WEIGHT LOST THIS WEEK: 0.4 pounds. This was a down-and-up week. I was as low as 148.2 on Friday which is my lowest weight in my adult memory. My initial goal was 151 pounds, and I'm sarting to think that might be a reasonable end point to start recomp. I ran into some folks I hadn't seen in a few months, and they noticed my loss.
