    seems like everyones had abit of a bad week! So at lest I don't feel like the only one! Tomorrow I have a wedding to attend so I have no idea what i'll be eating but I shall make sure I don't drink any alcohol!

    Still not enjoying the fact that I went up after starting the 30DS, but at least it's starting to come down again.....

    only lost 0.8lbs but I had a pretty poor week. so this week I will have to up my game! Yesterday I went to a wedding so watching what I would eat was hard! I REALLY WANT TO LOSE ANOTHER 5lbs!
