Last week was not a good week so I am ok with only gaining 0.5lbs as it could have been so much worse. Picked up a shoulder injury so will have to modify my workouts - no more 30DS for now.0 -

Not looking good for a 10lbs loss in August, but at least it's still going down. Will be away from my scales for the rest of the month so might have to wait till September 1st to weigh in next time. Hope I can maintain the willpower on holiday and keep the weigh ins in the right direction!0 -
Thank you all for your support. My depression has been bad that I have not been exercising. So I was really shocked to see the weight loss. I am needing to get new shoes in order to start my walking again. But I could not do this journey without this group.0

I keep fluctuating between 65/66 kgs at the moment. I blame it on the fact that I had a recovery week of no exercising. But back on track now. I wouldn't be surprised if I gain next week due to water retention and all that. >>;0 -

The weekend really cut into my progress for the week *sigh* but I refuse to beat myself up about it. I made much better choices this weekend than last, and overall I am headed in the right direction.

Well, I had a feeling I wouldn't lose this week. Most days I ate much less than usual, except for the weekend when I even went a bit over. I am patient and optimistic, so I am not one bit worried. I guess this means next week should be a great week!0 -

Hi All - not feeling so bad about my shoulder now as the pain seems to be reducing and I managed to do 30DS level 1 with some modifications. I am so stressed by my thesis I have eaten a huge amount of junk so I am trying to up my exercise as well.
Congrats to everyone who's still working hard this month. I have noticed that there are quite a few who if they make the 10lbs will be kissing goodbye to the 200's so keep going folks and I am waiting for the good news!!0 -
