Good morning! Hope everyone had a great weekend and that you have a great week! Work today and Tuesday, off Wednesday and back to work on Thursday and Friday. Going to see Skynyrd with one of my friends Friday night. Stay cool and drink plenty of water.1

Glad it's the start of a new week and new opportunity to do better. Headed to the Catskills for a few days on the Fourth. Always have a great time running in a different area and hiking to new vistas. Taking the yorkie this time, so she'll hike about a mile and then ride in the sling the remainder. Carpe diem!2

Stay safe and Happy 4th July to all.
Just thinking - this site is international, and 4th July won't mean the same to everybody.2 -

Wait til you're 56 and still feel like you're in your 20's. You'll be baffled-lier.3 -
Good morning from uber-hot, ultra-humid NJ. Looking forward to heading to the mountains until Sunday. Workouts going great; nutrition could use some more discipline. Carpe diem!2

Click on the person's avatar on the left. A window will open. Click on the avatar again and a second window will open. You will see an "Add Friend" button. Click on that and the request will be sent.
Also helpful to send a note telling where you saw the person. Some people (including me) don't accept friend requests without a message. I want to know that we have common goals or interests.2 -
Hey guys, if anyone would like to add me, that would be awesome1
