    51 here - about to do a 6 week high intensity weight lifting program. So why am I doing it? I don’t know. I have no rational goals other than reducing a bit of body fat.

    54....been working hard for the past 3 weeks and seeing progress!! 8-10 mor pounds to get off. The older you are the more patience you need to have with yourself!!!

    According to the Genius at the Apple bar, the reason why my Mac and my iPhone no longer sync and talk to each other is because my Mac is "vintage". Makes it sound exotic, like a collector's item.

    So at least I have that going for me.

    Great morning crew ~ I hope that everyone still has 10 fingers and none got blown off.

    Admission time - you may or may not just how much I work.. so when the opportunity presented itself... I jumped on it. .........I did nothing yesterday... I mean N-O-T-H-I-N-G!!! and I LOVED it.
    I watched an old movie called Riffraff from 1947, then I watched Jaws, Jaws 2, and Jaws 3.... then went on Netflix and watched 2 episodes of Father Brown.


    Thought of the Day comes from Albert Einstein and it got me to thinking... we all try to be successful, in either our fitness goals (as in being here on MFP), in our family's, our jobs, in school.... but I like Al's words when he says, "Try not to become a person of success, but rather try to become a person of value" so today ~ pour into someone today... increase their self worth and value... and in doing so, you will be that much more of a person of value.
