    I notice that I keep making the same typo over and over. I'll write my weight as 24x when I mean 23x, or 23x when I mean 22x. My brain is struggling to keep up with my body!

    6/27 at 7:15 / 227.4 / Wow! That's 2.6 pounds overnight. I had a drop like that last round, too, though I bounced right back up. Sometimes, I imagine my body is laughing like that cartoon dog with the weird laugh as I get on the scale. "Let's see how surprising I can be. Tee hee hee."

    6/28 at 6:20 / 228.4 / A little bump, but I did a ton of exercise yesterday, including new resistance loop exercises. I expected to have more of a water bump than this.

    6/29 at 7:30 / 228.6 / Got some TOM nonsense.

    6/30 at 8:15 / 228.6 / TOM. Blech.

    7/1 at 9:15 / 227.6 / Feeling much better.

    7/2 at 8:10 / 227.6 / It's so HOT! I think the trees are melting. I haven't been getting my exercise in, but have been meeting my calorie goals (aside from Saturday, when I went over by 12 calories). Hope everyone is hanging in there as best you can.

    7/3 at 6:10 / 228.2 / I went over a bit on calories and I think I ate my weight in salt. I'm surprised I didn't bounce higher! Headachy today in the broiling heat, but life is treating me well otherwise.

    7/4 at 7:45 / 228.4 / Still over in calories. Still eating salt salt salt.

    7/5 at 8:10 / 228.4 / Same song! Same dance!
