After breaking through a five month plateau...yup, 5 months at exactly the same weight every week and I never gave up...I am so close to "One-derland" I can taste it. The personal trainer I have been working out with for the past year and a half is moving out of the area in August and I would really love to get there before she leaves...just about 10 lbs to go.16

Busting this stagnancy!7

I have a beach trip with a large group of friends coming up the end of this month. That’s been my mini goal for a month now.8

Me too! great isn't it? I'm also just a tiny shade above my next stone mark on my scales - looking so forward to when I dip under it10 -
New mini goal.

190. At 194.1 this morning.8

I have a charity event next month. I found the perfect dress that "fits" but highlights my ... areas for improvement -unless I'm wearing a Spanx bodysuit. My mini goal is to be able to wear that dress to the event without the bodysuit.11

I want a flat tum by the time I move from Spain next fall. I'm doing some work on it.
Cheers to those who are getting to the 'normal weight' goals!6 -
A hot younger guy I work with is a bit sweet on me. It's not going to go anywhere as I'm married and he is more than a little bit younger, but I have to admit I'm flattered enough at the idea that it's motivated me to say no to this bit of chocolate or to walk that extra half mile these past couple of weeks.11

I’m starting to see the development of abs coming in! Very excited since I’ve never had them at any time in my life!

2lbs and I'll be in the 160's! Last time I weighed in the 160's was more than 20 years ago.12

Get rid of the 140’s for good. Been stuck between the mid to upper 140’s, and occasionally slipping into the lower 150’s for the last 6 months.9

Seeing my 19 year old twins at the end of the month - 40 lb lighter than when I saw them at xmas. Can't wait to surprise them. Only 4 or 5 lb to go! Yes. I can do this!23

How proud of you are your kids gonna be? How proud of yourself are you RIGHT NOW!6 -
Honestly, two dudes in here. One is my age (almost) and another is a couple of decades younger (hey, I will not hold him responsible for that!). These two dudes are killing it. If they can, then I know I can. And, no - I do not want to look like them! I can not do that (not that I would complain if that were possible...). But, they are building the best "me" that they can....and so am I. Their 'better version of me' is just so dang impressive (no matter age). Mine is not quite there....yet!
I start a new meso-cycle today (for the next six weeks)….let's just see what happens (I bet that I know...I get a whole lot closer to my version of "better version of me" than I am right now).11
