Good evening all..
I hope you all start your week on a positive note.. you CAN do this π3 -
I'll be 50 at the end of this year. I never had a weight problem, except for the first time I quit smoking but eventually lost it all, and now. I let the scale creep up and ignored the warning signs. Now I have 9 kg/20 lbs to lose to get me back to where I want to be. I have been living in Turkey since 2001. The food here is amazing and thats a problem lol0

Happy Monday all!! I'm on a roll here, but I did find out a bit- now that I"m very low carb, too much sugar makes me ill. Made the mistake of having a trail mix containing chocolate covered nuts and BAM- sugar overload.
Have a great week, get those losses in =D0 -
54 years young here. I was over 200 lbs when I started MFP and now I an 183.8

Hope everyone gets their new week off to great start. I got my workout out of the way firs thing and now I can just last with a trip to the dr to check my shoulder and a trip to the mall toe exchange some things. Have a great Monday all0

Happy Monday. Had a great run (for me) on Saturday and did a kickboxing class. Skipped lifting again, which left me two sessions short last week. uh oh. Did nothing on Sunday. I detect a lack of motivation creeping up. Have to force myself to stop in the gym on my way home from work. I always feel better once I'm in there; it's just getting in there. Carpe diem.2

It is a shocking experience. Also causes depression on my part. Berries work for me now. π2 -

I will be 44 next week. Decided a few weeks back that it was time to make exercise a priority (after a decade of enjoying food and steering clear of exercise). Any motivational tips welcome!2

Good morning from NJ, where we are expecting severe storms and flash flooding late this afternoon. As long as it takes the humidity away with it. Back to lifting last night and a light 5k treadmill run--only because I worked my calves and figured that may help avoid the pain I figured I'd be in tomorrow...may still happen. Luckily, beer isn't one of my weaknesses--that would be peanut butter.2

Good morning all you amazing, hard working, dedicated, beautiful people! Get it done today!!1

I think I now qualify for upper 30... Looking to move into mid 60s weight-wise. Been on here a couple of months with not much to show for, but now it is time to get serious1

Good day kids. Hope everyone is doing well. Going to be warm here in the mountains for the next little bit.

Had a long weekend that included a road trip, was pretty good except for the travel days. π³. Back on it this week. Not beating myself up over it just moving on. My biggest problem is less than stellar willpower when I donβt have a competition or fight on the horizon. Working on getting better at that.5
