7/15 - 159.5 - Our 10 year old dog died unexpectedly yesterday morning. My husband and I are both heartbroken. Upon reflection, it is interesting how we both gravitated toward "comfort food" last night and today. We'll get back on track this week.
Oh, @jaccimc63, I'm so sorry. Losing a beloved pet is so hard.3 -

7/09 / 250.4 / It is dropping too fast. This proves it was water from the salty 4th.
7/10 / 250.2 /
7/11 / 249.6 /
7/12 / 248.2 / I’ve been eating at the same calorie deficit for months, yet my body stubbornly holds on to weight until it just gives up all at once. I’m doing nothing different now than the last several rounds.
7/13 / 248.2 /
7/14 / 250.0 / My daughter took us to Sajj last night, our first time. I did get a salad based bowl, but the prepared vegetables, falafel and meat apparently had a lot of sodium. Calorie-wise I was within my plan. I was able to add every single added item to MFP. I really love this app.
7/15 / No scale access, and way over on both salt and calories. Drinking tons of water today. Fun game day though!

Day/Weight/Comment
7/07: 70.6 - Ate left over pizza and got very very sweaty at judo. All in all a fairly good day. Slightly above my calories allowance, but only just, so should be okay on that.
7/08: 70.3 - Odd day of eating. Judo in the morning (feeling it today, didn't stretch enough afterwards), then when to my parents for lunch and dinner, so wasn't really able to log completely accurately. But did my best shot. Ate cakes and more things that I'd normally go lighter on and I had some wine. Overall calories weren't bad (mostly thanks to the stupid amount of judo I did in the morning)
7/09: 70.8 - Another really good day and ate under my calories. Breakfast wasn't great, but was more like brunch timewise. And then I felt like eating a big meal, so had a much larger than normal late lunch and then wasn't at all hungry for dinner so didn't eat anything. Would liked to have seen a drop to coincide with the good couple of days, but hopefully it's just a little wobble and I'll see it dropping again tomorrow.
7/10: 70.3 - And we're back here again (yay). Overall a good day on food, plus judo on top. Really wanted a snack when I got in from work (my lunch was not enough food I have decided) so ended up having nutella and peanut butter in a ricecake sandwich which is a fairly standard snack for me. Except this time I actually weighed everything out properly, and am fairly sure I've been under logging my spreads, something to bare in mind for future. Got half way through it, and didn't really feel hungry anymore, but I finished it anyway because I had already logged the calories. Kind of wish I hadn't now, I probably could've saved about 70-100kcals by leaving the 2nd half. Didn't eat all my rice for dinner, so that's been put into my lunch for today. Glad I'm actually listening to my body and how hungry I am. Wish I could act upon that feeling every time. However, all in all a positive day.
7/11: 70.3 - Better than going up! And I saw 69 appear for a second when I stepped on the scales! A pretty good day and was well under my calories. Somewhat surprisingly too. I'm slightly wondering if I messed up logging my dinner because I was really very full at the end of it (it was too yummy I didn't want to leave any) but it came in much less than I was expecting. I'm trying to work out if I under logged or if I'm just starting to get used to the smaller number of calories in my meals.
7/12: 69.5 - I was not expecting that. Not one bit. Yesterday was good on the food, but then that cider and a couple of Gin and tonics happened and I was expecting this mornings weigh in to be heavy thanks to that. Could be going the other way in that I'm more dehydrated than normal, so I might be gaining some of this back tomorrow. I'll wait and see. Fingers crossed I stay below the 70 mark
7/13: 69.9 - Pfffft only just. Looks like I was dehydrated yesterday morning because I was actually kept myself well hydrated yesterday. Did a good job at avoiding temptations, work had a free bbq and icecream and stuff, which I only found out about after I'd eaten my lunch. Was very tempted to go and get more more food anyway, but somewhat proud of myself that I didn't, because I knew I didn't need it (though my tummy was rumbling a little, I think that was more to do with me being slightly hung over). Massively volume ate for dinner though. Ended up eating a whole baked marrow (all of about 150 kcals) so felt uncomfortably full for the evening. I managed to remind myself why I don't like overeating without completely blowing my calories. Also, not certain I got completely enough protein yesterday, so I will be ensuring that today will have more in.
7/14: 70.2 uuuuuuuuugh. I didn't want to see that number again. I'm sure it's just fluctuations (she says in hope). Surprisingly good day, considering I had a pasty for breakfast, almost certainly blowing most of my calories for the day. Because of when I judoed, I wasn't at all hungry in the evening and so barely had anything for dinner, keeping me well in target calories. Muscles are slightly sore this morning, probably need to stretch out a little more after judo. Today is a drinking day, so I'm not looking forward to tomorrow's weigh in.
7/15: 69.7 Bit of a mixed bag. Completely felt terrible half way through Judo and fairly sure it's because I didn't actually eat enough (tiny breakfast, and not much dinner the previous night). Munched on some sweeties from the cupboard and instantly felt less sick and light headed. Got back onto the mat and was fine again. Rest of the day was fairly good, but I was taking extra care to make sure I actually ate back my exercise calories. Then I drank a lot of wine in the evening. In total was an okay day.
7/16: 70.5 A little bit hung over yesterday and so made me make some poor food choices. Feeling horrendously bloated this morning so definitely paying for it. Stayed just in maintenance, but my logging wasn't a tight as it could've been, so it could very well be a bit off.
Overall:
Sigh, little bit disappointing at only a 0.2kg drop from last round. However, my general trend is downwards and I'm pretty sure that the final day weigh in is a spike so next round will probably have a much more dramatic drop. I don't know, we'll see.

A late start this round as been away again - back to it today.
Aiming this round to make the 136.0 I finished on last round stick! Will be tough given its a Monday finish this round though .....
07/11 - 137.70 - finally back from Cheer comp weekend and first day back on plan proper and the scale and unsurprisingly up a bit from where I finished the last round but pretty happy with this all things considered. Beers & BBQ tonight round my brothers for the World Cup Semi final so not sure what tomorrow is going to look like on the scale
07/12 - 141.10 - Ate rubbish BBQ food in white bread rolls and far too many salted crisps and snacks all washed down with beer - and to make it worse we got knocked out. It was so not worth it - feel rubbish today getting knocked out and even worse after the rubbish food....... Back on it this morning though, my mission for the day is plenty of water and I know the scale will drop down again over the next few days
07/13 - 139.60 - the "post weekend away and footie bbq and beer night" whoosh of which I'm sure there is more yet to come. My aim for the rest of the round is to stay focused over the weekend, keep up the water intake and be lower on Monday for the end of the round!!! Have a great weekend everyone
07/14 - 137.0 - lovely start to the weekend. Out shopping with daughter to day and cinema tonight so lots of temptations to steer clear of but aiming to do so!
07/15 - 136.70 - stayed in control yesterday and just had a subway at lunchtime when out shopping, healthy dinner when home and a small handful of chocolate at the cinema. Home today and its hot, so need to make sure I keep up my water intake today and eat well - hoping for a good finish tomorrow morning to this round.....
07/16 - 136.60 - really pleased - lost over the weekend See you all next round10 -
Round 46 (1) SW 307.2 GW 303.0 UGW 175.0
I have lost the same four pounds between 307 and 303 at least six times. How silly is that? Last time down these pounds....go away 307.....
Day/Weight/Comment
7/07 308.2 Ack!!! I said I wanted to be out of the 307 number but I didn't mean 308. Good grief.
7/08 308.0 Almost back to 307s. Looking for consistency in eating. Logging but need to find a way to stay busier on weekends so I'm not finding extra calories to consume. Big change coming.
7/09 308.0 I think my scale is broken Doctor appt on Friday to show progress. Let's get off to a good start this week. Keep up the great work everyone.
7/10 305.2 Ok, going the right direction. Past 307 and 306 back to 305. Now to focus on 304. Much better day of eating yesterday. Weekends at home are tough -- too many options.
7/11 304.8 Bye 305. Hope to never see you again. 304 - this is a temporary stop -- no offense but I want to visit your neighbor 303 pretty soon.
7/12 304.0 So close to leaving 304-zone behind. Tomorrow is my doctor appointment to check progress. Have managed to lose several pounds but only after I had gained several pounds. But I'm mentally figuring out how this works. Coming up on one year learning how to focus. Lots of ups and downs throughout. Not just a number on the scale but rather re-learning how to eat, how to exercise, how to exist....watching all of your progress on this board has been a blessing. Keep up the great work.
7/13 302.4 Jump over 303 -- not going backwards anymore. Lots of room in front of me -- lots of pounds to go but nice looking back at the pounds I'm leaving behind. Focusing on the process and not just the number. The scale is a byproduct of the work we all put in and just one measure of our effort.
7/14 303.8 So 303 reached out and grabbed me to pull me back up. Of course I didn't help by eating off my plan and adding some extra calories. Correct it and move on -- tomorrow back to 302-world....Hope everyone has a great weekend.
7/15 303.8 Being at home just leads to so many temptations. Today my focus in on eating like I do during the workweek...
7/16 304.0 Weekends are so much fun to be home with my family but geez oh pete it is so much harder to control my food choices. Starting Round 47 on a Monday -- excellent.12 -

10/06: 212.6 lbs
11/06: 211.4 lbs … I should see it as a whoosh but this was what I weighed last week!
12/06: 211.8 lbs … slow and steady wins the race. I guess.
13/06: 212.8 lbs … surprisingly not worried, as I ate out last night, so sodium I guess!
14/06: 211.2 lbs ,,, I feel like a yo-yo at the moment, emotionally and physically.
15/06: 210.8 lbs … OH YEAH BABY! Happy to see that 0 there! *at last … I’ve been expecting you!
16/07: 210.4 lbs … SO HAPPY to see that 0 today, and next round I want to be seeing that 0 again, but one place to the left!
Feeling quite frustrated with these bumps, I need to just dig deep, stick with it and wait for the scales to start behaving again! - Looking for a downward trend to see out this round now! Really focused on my logging.
I am SO SO determined!! I 100% NEED to stay mindful about my daily logging and being mindful about what I eat and drink.
This is a long term thing, a few bad days is something I'm getting better at coping with.

7/09 - 191.9
7/10 - 189.9 - first day on LCHF and that water weight dropped right off. It’s a hard transition thou. I’m feeling drained already from the carb withdrawals.
7/11 - 188.8 - Still feeling the side effects from the carb withdrawals, but it's nice to see the scale moving even if its water weight.
7/12 - 187 - I’m loving these water weight drops. It’s motivating seeing the number go down. Added bonus, I woke up this morning not feeling like death. Hoping to have the keto flu behind me!
7/13 - 185.5 - So this is the lowest I've been since May, which is great, but I need to remember that the weight loss isn't going to last at the same speed and that's ok. I just need to stay motivated.
7/14 - 184.2 - I've decided that I'm just going to enjoy losing 7.7 lbs of mostly water this week instead of dreading the inevitable slow down. I've lost almost 8 lbs this week and I'm not starving myself and if I'm hungry I eat. I think I'm starting to like this Keto lifestyle.
7/15 - 184.1 - I didn't pre-plan my day yesterday and I had 2 keto friendly vodka drinks. I exercised but didn't do any hard cardio like I normally do. I'll get back on track today and see what tomorrow brings.
7/16 - 184.3 - Up a little but no big deal. I'm down 7.6 lbs since Monday and I can see the changes in my hips, so I'm happy. I'm going to try to keep steady progress, even if it's only a pound or two a week from here on out.7 -

7/07 - 163 - I'm glad I didn't bump up from yesterday's weight. Now let's see if I can get through this plateau in the next 10 days.
7/08 - 161.5 - I know this won't last, but it sure is nice to see!
7/09 - 161 - Whoa, was not expecting this!
7/10 - 160.5 - So I bounced between 163 and 165 for 3 weeks while sticking to my calorie goals. Either I've smashed through my plateau or my scales need a new battery.
7/11 - 161.5 - As long as I don't have to see 163 again this round, I'm happy.
7/12 - 161 - It looks like I may be sticking around this number for now, Yay!
7/13 - 160.5 - It will be nice if I can make it through the weekend at this weight.
7/14 - 160 - Although this number is nice, it's been a tough day. I'm not sure how it will look tomorrow.
7/15 - 159.5 - Our 10 year old dog died unexpectedly yesterday morning. My husband and I are both heartbroken. Upon reflection, it is interesting how we both gravitated toward "comfort food" last night and today. We'll get back on track this week.
7/16 - 160 - I'm very happy with this number. I finally hit my drivers' license weight. As soon as I lose more, I'm going to have to get a new license, haha.
@puttyputty - Thank you for your thoughts. We decided last night that the best way to honor our sweet girl was to get another rescue dog or two to spoil.9 -

SW 186.6 lbs
Date/weight/comment
7/7 186.6 lbs worked out in the morning but went out for drinks that night
7/8 woke up late and forgot to weigh myself, I feel like your true weight is only in the mornings, so I let it go and did bad the rest of the day. (Not a good idea but I'll pay for it in tomorrow's weigh in.)
7/9 187.6 smh a whole nother pound I have to get ride of now...I need to do better the weekends always get me, I can control my portions better during the weekdays because of the routine..I got this
7/10 186.8 ok well I'm at least getting back to were I started. I watched my calories and did a small 10 min morning workout then an afternoon workout of Julian Michaels of 30 day shred. I love her workout videos, I am so feeling it this morning I'm so sore that I didn't even want to do my morning workout. I contemplated allot but decided to do it.
7/11..186.2 My scale was all over the place this morning, 1st at 186.2, then 185.8 then 189.8 I swear I got on at least 10 times and the 186.2 came up the most, so that's what I am going with. Did both morning and afternoon workout yesterday, so happy cause I am so sore I really didn't want to but I was given chocolate at work, that I was like if I eat this I have to workout in the afternoon and so that's what I did lol. Yesterday I did day 2 in level one 30 day shred. (10 days each level )
7/12 186. 2 No lose, but no gain either. I worked out in the morning. The pants I wore yesterday felt allot tighter than when I wore them last week. I should of worked out in the afternoon but I didn't #smh I ate over my calories amount, I need to loose this kangaroo pouch. Really trying to get to 185 by the time this round is over the weekend is coming and I am scared I'll gain it all back
7/13 184.8 wow, I was thinking it would be around 185, yay I'm so excited. I Didnt work out yesterday morning. But did day 3 of the 30 day shred in the afternoon. I can't seem to control my portions during the weekend I have no routine and I'm with my kids all day that I end up over eating and gaining everything I lost during the week. I only work half a day today, so my weekend starts early. Wish me luck I'm really going to try.
7/14 184.0. I really worked for this one I did my morning and afternoon workout did day 4 of 30 day shred, but today is a whole nother challenge, I have family coming over making hamburgers and jumping in the pool. I up to go running really not wanting too but if that will keep me from gaining I'll do it. Let's do this. Good luck everyone
7/15 184.0 no gain I'm happy with that. I ran 2 miles in the morning then went out to do yard work, then jumped in the pool, I didnt do the best on my calories, but I think I worked out enough to cancel it out. I just have to get through this day to not gain, but I've already started off bad, I don't know if I'm going to work out.. will see tomorrow im really going to try
7/16 184.6 not bad, I didnt workout yesterday and I went over my calories, but ended this challenge pretty well. Omg I just found out my mom now weighs less than me smh. All I can do is continuing to look forward. Let's start this next 10 day challenge by keeping it off and continuing to loose.
Total loss for this challenge - 2lbs exactly 😊

7/07- 231.4 Pleasantly surprised I’m holding steady from yesterday. NSV- Did great at the wedding. Was careful how much I ate for dinner and ate enough of the cake to appreciate the taste of it. Saw an acquaintance I hadn’t seen in 2 months and she told me I was looking good. She’s very PC so she wouldn’t come straight out and say “You’ve lost some weight.” Nice way to start the round.
7/08- 231.8 No explanation for the bump except maybe some GI issues. Good food day yesterday. Family event today = loads of food. Aiming for good food choices.
7/09- 232.4 my scale seems to like this number. Disheartened that the numbers are going the wrong way. I did everything I was supposed to do this weekend. I was especially proud since I had two social events and I felt I did well at both.
7/10- 231.4 I feel like the scale and I are subjects of a Katy Perry song. At least it’s down to this round’s SW... for now.
7/11- 230.4 Starting to question the accuracy of my scale. Lots of .4s logged. Regardless though, there’s a pep in my step today.
7/12- 231.4 Why???????!!!!!!!!???????!!!!!!
7/13- 230.0 The scale was a flirt and flashed 229s for a bit. Made my heart skip a beat. What a tease!
7/14- 229.8 Well, hello 229s. It’s been a while since I’ve seen this number. Gonna make sure this sticks for a couple days before logging it officially. First time logging two consecutive days of losses this round. The scale has been frustrating but I’ve been doing well staying within my calorie goals everyday.
7/15- 229.2 A glimmer of hope that I might end the round in 228s! Decent day yesterday. Dinner log was a guesstimate given it was a hole in the wall Asian place. Didn’t feel like I drank enough water because we were on the go.
7/16- 228.6! Hooray for another great end to a round. The process is still perplexing to me but I’m proud of myself for not letting it get to my head. I did not use the upticks as an excuse to derail myself. It’s really amazing how much different this time around is. I know I’m fixating on losing at a faster pace a bit too much. I have my best friend’s bachelorette and wedding coming up in the next 7 months. After that I feel like I can go steadily as long as I’m losing any. I have not met any of my movement/exercise goals. The baby has been extra fussy and I’m afraid my medical issues are starting up again. So grateful to have found this challenge and such a great group of people on MFP. See y’all tomorrow.6 -

weight on 1/29/18 = 234.5
Round 46 goal. Loose the 4 pounds I gained over the holiday and catering dinners for friends and family this entire week.
7/9 – 194lbs – its been a long week of binging on adult beverages and Unlimited meals, managed to stay under my goal of 199 but would like to get back to averaging 189. Will be eating the same lunch the rest of the week to try and lose 5 pounds.
7/10 – 194lbs – needed to stay out of the house till 9pm last night. Ate 2 giant burgers because the second one was half off. Also, drinks were cheap. Loved the good food but had way too much for any loss the next couple days.
7/11 – 191.8lbs – had a good food day yesterday and was 1100 calories under maintenance. I am not trying to lose much but would like to see mid to high 180’s again. My scale is my 2nd best tool for weight loss. It is so accurate that I base my caloric intake on the information it gives me. Total Weight, water %, body fat%, bone weight, muscle weight, BMI ====== I love that scale.
7/12 – 191lbs – really thought I would have weighed less this morning. ate good and had my usual vice. Maybe tomorrow?
7/13 – 191lbs – not sure why this number is here 3 days in a row. I have put in my usual efforts. Didn’t plan on diet over the weekend but unless I drop a little I might have to.
7/14 – no scale – road trip -had big breakfast. Then lunch at a rest area. Charcoal grilled corn on the cob, venison steak, BBQ chicken breast, summer sausage with cheese, and potato salad, good grief I can eat, love grilling on the road and the guys I traveled with also loved there first experience having home cooked meal at one of Michigan’s finest rest areas.
7/15 195lbs – yesterdays lunch sure did fill me up and pack on a few pounds. Guess I eat 4 pounds of food yesterday. Also forgot to log the unknow amount of cherries I ate at the orchard.
7/16 – 194lbs – no surprise. back to work and eating sensible the next 5 days,

I've decided to pay more attention to my moving average weight rather than daily ups & downs, so that's what I'm reporting this round. Also reporting both daily calories & 10-day calorie averages, because I've found the averages mean more in terms of my weight trend, but I still like to see what the daily numbers are.

I had a lovely day yesterday, and today promises more of the same. Temp in the low 80s and clear, so I went for a 4-mile walk on our beautiful Rivergreenway in the morning. Did some gardening in the afternoon, and then some housecleaning ( ) because we had friends over for dinner, which was lovely with the gorgeous long evening to sit outside and talk and watch the birds and eat a bit too much (but healthy!). I hope you all have a beautiful weekend!
7/08 - 149.6/147.7 moving ave - 1377 - 10-day ave 1371
We're having a string of gorgeous days - temps in the 80s, brilliant blue skies.... I saw the results of Friday evening's splurge on the scale this morning, but I'm going with the averages, so not letting it stress me out. I worked in the garden for an hour last evening, moving and planting - there's nothing like playing with living color in the dirt to lift the spirits! Off for a walk in a few minutes. Have a lovely day, all!
7/09 - 148.4/147.7 moving ave - 1553 - 10-day ave 1412
7/10 - 149/147.8 moving ave - 1549 - 10-day ave 1420 - 7-day ave 1456
I didn't have a chance to check in yesterday so just added my data. Calculating averages has turned out to be really useful - I see a much clearer correlation between my 10-day (or 7-day) calorie average and my weight than between daily calorie fluctuations and weight. Since I'm using my moving weight average, changes aren't so startling, but in fact my weight this morning was 149, which makes sense since not just my daily calories but my calorie averages are up a little. So now I can make sensible adjustments. Oh, and I did splurge last night on a half cup of ice cream and had Mexican for lunch, so it all makes sense.
7/11: - 150.6/148 moving ave - 2035 - 10-day ave 1507
I have no idea why, but yesterday evening I pretty deliberately overate - I haven't had this many calories since May 25, and that was a similar anomaly. Weirdly, I woke up really hungry for breakfast. Go figure. Of course, my weight is up and will no doubt stay up for a couple of days, but focusing on the moving average helps me see the bigger picture. Anyway, that's the end of that foolishness for another long while! I'm just thinking of it s a quick re-feed and moving on. Planning a nice long walk this morning and maybe another this evening.
7/12 - 149.4/147.8 moving ave - 1165 - 10-day ave 1466
Apparently my splurge on Tuesday carried over, because I wasn't very hungry most of yesterday & I felt kinda crummy. I did go for a walk, but only half an hour. Back to normal today (I hope!).
7/13 - 149.6/148 moving ave - 1230 - 10-day ave 1462 - 7-day ave 1507
Yesterday was a good day - beautiful weather for a walk by the river and low-calories to balance my Tuesday splurge, which is still showing up on my weight & moving average, but I expected that. Also, my average calories have been higher than goal throughout this round until the last two days, so there ya go. OTOH, I've lots a half-inch of waist and I put on some jeans that were snug a month ago - they're loose. So don't use the scale as the only measure of progress!
7/14 - 148.8/148.2 moving ave - 1330 - 10-day ave 1474
Yep, the averages make perfect sense, and my splurge on Tues is working itself out. All good. I went for a lovely walk yesterday morning before the heat hit, but today I'll have to go to the gym or wait until late evening - gonna be HOT. I had hoped to hit the 6's this round, but hoping while pigging out doesn't cut it. Have a lovely weekend, all!
7/15 - 149/148.3 moving ave- 1216 = 10-day ave 1446
My brain says this makes sense, look at the averages (my actual weight is back up to 149 ) but it's pretty hard not to be bewildered/disappointed. I am walking and doing other exercise every day and it's been 5 days since my big splurge - seems like I should be losing by now. My macro averages are very steady @ P 20, F 30, C 50. I suppose the good news is that I seem to be firmly under 150, but not much considering my calorie level and exercise. I just don't get it. I'm stop trying to lose for a while, but considering that I'm pretty much holding steady I don't know how that would look any different. Sigh. I'll keep up my current "program" through the next session to see if anything happens once my Tues. splurge is off my 10-day calculations, but if I don't lose a little then, I'm going to rethink my goals.
7/16 - 148.8 /148.4 moving ave - 1269 - 10-day ave 1437
OK, back where I started the round. Calories low the past 5 days, but my 10-day average is still at my estimated (& confirmed!) maintenance level, so I guess it all makes sense. I hate cutting calories so low, but I'm going to try very hard to keep my calories lower for the next round to see what happens.

7/09:--173.8 Wasn't expecting to see this at all! It's probably a one-off because I wasn't feeling 100% yesterday and ended up under-eating.
7/10:--175.4 A sure sign that TOM is imminent.
7/11:--175.2
7/12:--175.8 It's only temporary.....it's only temporary......I considered skipping today's weigh in since I know its my old friend TOM messing with me, but I decided to give him the finger instead I stopped logging last night and allowed myself to just eat whatever I wanted. I always feel soooo hungry around this time of the month. I've figured out that this is cyclical and if I just let it happen for a day or two, it won't mess up my long term progress and it's actually easier to get back on track. Otherwise, I'm just cranky!
7/13:--176.6
7/14:--Didn't weigh in; TOM is making me want to eat ALL.THE.THINGS.
7/15:--178.8 Let's just pretend we didn't see that....
7/16: --179.2 Holy moly. This is what happens when I stop logging for a few days and eat whatever I want. I plan on making this very temporary--time to get back on track! This went from being my best round to my worst round. Argh....11 -

Goals this round:
1200 calories daily, carbs under 100g
Day/Weight/Comment
7/07-last day on vacation, no scales.
7/08-167.7. Stayed within calorie goal but didn't eat dinner until 7:30.
7/09-168.2
7/10 - 167.0
7/11 - 166.6 Stayed on track yesterday as far as calories go. Ended the day with 1393 In & 2158 out. Carb intake was just over 100, a bit more than I would have like but still not bat. I got over 8 hours of sleep last night.
7/12 - 166.7 1383 in/2437 out. Carbs under 100. Only 7 hours sleep. Scale up but still happy with my progress.
7/13 - 168 Was not true to myself and my goals and the scales said so this morning. I'm going to turn that around today so it was just a 1 day blip.
7/14 - 166.8 Back on track yesterday. 1124 in/2172 out. Carbs 21, net 12. Sleep- 7 hours. Hot yoga this morning was awesome!
7/15 - 165.6 Good day yesterday. 1353 in/ 2275 out. 71 carbs. Sleep 8+ hours. Afraid the 1.2 shift in the scale is due to alcoholic beverages last night. Here's hoping it's the same or better in the morning.
7/16 - 166.7 As suspected Saturday's adult beverages (2) impacted Sunday mornings weight. :-( 1195 in/2404 out. Carbs 52, net 32. Sleep 6:21. Diary planned for today.7 -

July is the month that I will assess what foods I can eat, once in a whi!e, outside of keto. I do not expect any loss of weight. If I eat something that makes me gain or not feel well, then "OFF WITH ITS HEAD! Lol, no, but definitely off of my foods list.

•7/7 - 192.2
•7/8 - 192.6 - I guess I'll be seeing every increment of 192 this challenge. Although, after what I ate today, I expect to see up to 194. I enjoyed my son's Belgian waffles again today. I planned for 2 and thats what I ate at a cost of over 130 grams of carbs, 110 net carbs. EGADS!
•7/9 - 192 - Ended up being 135g carbs / 112g net after eating some green beans for dinner.
•7/10 - 192 - A normal high carb day for me on keto yesterday, 44g, 41 net. Salad greens, lime juice for my water, salsa and a few tablespoons of crispy red peppers as a salad topping.
•7/11 - 191.6 - Oh my, what a surprise! I thought my scale would read 192.4 for sure (I think that's one I skipped) or 193 upwards to 194. Yesterday, I kept the children while my DIL worked. It was the usual busy, fun chaos and I did manage to eat breakfast. I even ate a small peach and several strawberries. 35 net carbs for the day. No second meal for me though (peanut butter to the rescue) and not enough water until after they left. I weighed 5 times and the averaged total was 191, so I chose the number I saw twice. Maybe I will see an increase tomorrow.
•7/12 - 191.6 - Okay. Yesterday carbs were salad and a half cup of watermelon. 35g, 31 net carbs. I had to run errands and that always alters my eating plan later in the day. I ate dinner a little later than usual. I cut back the watermelon from a full cup and did not eat guacamole that I had in my food diary. I had no appetite for it.
•7/13 - 191.4 - BMI hovering above overweight. Another busy day yesterday, so I had to revise my food plan. Too much prep between my dinner and DH & DS's dinner. I just ate what they ate keto - ized 53g carbs, 37g net carbs. Lemon juice, celery, a roma tomato, 1/4 cup cantaloupe, and salad greens. Retaining some fluid today, fingers are stiff and my problem knee feels a bit tight.
•7/14 - 189.4 - "hunches shoulders" go figure. 55g carbs, 39g net carbs yesterday. Low carb flatbread, spinach, salad, small peach, jalapeno, whole roma tomato. All I can say is FAT ADAPTATION IN THE HOUSE!
•7/15 - 190.2 - Oh, the weight I cruised by. My downward weights reminds me of my family, EVERYONE has to have special attention from me. Lol. 55g carbs, 38g net carbs. Lettuce, celery and apple in my chicken salad, small peach. Most of my carbs yesterday were in cottage cheese and peanut butter, my go to no fuss fat and protein bomb.
•7/16 - 189.6 - 35g carbs 27g net carbs. Spinach, broccoli and zucchini. Strawberries with almond butter and whipped cream as a dessert. 😋 Yummy. One flavored coffee creamer.

I'll take it and be happy for today but not sure how accurate it is. Going to the lake today so I will have to be very mindful of what I'm eating and to make sure I'm continuously drinking my water. I tend to snack on everything at the lake and slack on water, got to change that habit.
7/08 - Camping, no weigh in.
7/09 - 152.4 -
7/10 - 152.4 - Hoping for a drop soon, scale first showed 151.4 and I got really excited but the next two times it showed 152.4 do that's probably more accurate to what my weight is. Got a morning and evening workout in yesterday, doing 2 different challenges. 30 Day Challenge and an 8 Week Challenge, looking forward to seeing some results.
7/11 - 152.4 - Did both challenges yesterday, my legs are definitely feeling it. Yoga today will be perfect for my sore muscles. Hoping to see a drop any day now. I wanted to be out of the 150s by Saturday for a big party we're going to but don't believe that will be happening.
7/12 - 151.4 - finally, hooray! Now to continue right on out of the 150s. Did both challenges again yesterday plus got in an hour walk, had plenty of water and ate good. Just need to keep it up, it's working even if I don't see a drop right away.
7/13 - 151.2 - not as big of a drop I would have liked to see today but I'm happy. I did pass by my round goal so there's that achievement
7/14 - 151.2
7/15 - 148.6 - hahaha I wish! To bad that number only showed up because of a super late weigh in and from bring way dehydrated. Interesting to see what tomorrow number end up being though.

7/07: 168.8
7/08: 167.6/Started C25k a couple of weeks ago, making progress with my runs and feeling good.
7/09: 167.6/Sounds good.
7/10: 166.6/Cautiously optimistic. Could not get up this morning for a run, perhaps will try tonight.
7/11: 167.0/Ran last night and this morning. Had to do lunges as part of strength training today, my thighs will be screaming tomorrow. Tomorrow is rest day.
7/12:166.8/Rest day and getting together with friends = anxiety over calorie consumption mixed with I don’t want to get mental about what I am eating and let it ruin my day. So a mix of both, choose wisely, but have some fun and if I go over it will be okay, it’s a ‘marathon not a sprint’ mantra for today.
7/13: 167.0/Reversed my numbers yesterday, ack, now it’s correct! Went for run this am. Did not eat dinner, lack of options and time, don’t like when this happens. Alcohol free for 30 days today!
7/14: 167.0/Blah, go away 167!!
7/15: 166.4/TOM came today, was that was the reason for all the 167's, at least that is what I am wishing for. Halfway through C25k. Got a new car and celebrated with pizza, so not a great eating day yesterday.
7/16: 166.2/I will always wish for more, but I have made downward progress this round.8
