So hard last night wanted to snack on everything.....it took a lot not to do it!2 -
So glad I read all comments tonight I'm desperate to snack but seeing you all doing so well decided to clean kids bedroom it's definitely helping! I have stopped eating each night at 6.30,it was really hard at first but I'm really feeling the benefits in the morning. Also no alcohol which is hard but goes hand in hand with Lns. Lost 7 pounds so far!!!! 😀 'If you always do what you've always done you'll always get what you've always got'
