Great job! You look fantastic! Sounds like you have been really disciplined, and the payoff is obvious. :-)
I also think there's something to not eating back your exercise calories. I'm pretty sure that even if I assign a conservative amount of calories burned to my workouts, it's still too much. If I eat exercise calories back, I never lose any weight. I am trying to just stick with 1200 calories and exercise 30-60 minutes a day. No extras for exercise, unless I really go crazy with it and work out for hours, which hasn't happened that often.0 -

So far for this upcoming week, I'm taking the following classes:
Monday Aug 22: Power cycling with Larry at 6:30 am.
Tuesday Aug 23: Zumba with Ana at 9 am and possibly Power cycling with Rosaria at 5:30 pm.
Wednesday Aug 24: Power cycling with Al at 6 pm.
Thursday Aug 25: Zumba with Daniela at 6 pm and possibly Kick it 2 the max with Sarah at 7 pm.
Friday Aug 26: Zumba with Jenn at 12 pm.0 -

I eat 1200 calories a day. I try not to eat my exercise calories back; however, I do eat some of them back on my intense 1.5-2 hour workout days. I never eat all of my exercise calories back though (on rare occasion at least).0
