I want to make myself proud and be the healthiest I can possibly be. Along with that..show up a hater that I will always be better than her in and out.

My petty reason is that for once in my life I wanna see pictures of myself and say man that girl is hot. Instead of I look so fat.
I wanna finally be one of the skinny pretty girls that I always see in public7 -
When you become 53 years old as a woman, you become invisible....and when you are heavy and 53 .... you are screwed....seriously.... at least this is my experience. I want my outside to match how strong I am in this world....22

I want killer abs to show off on social media. I want to be that annoying person showing off their bangin bod2

I want to be hotter than all my friends... all my friends are absolutely lovely-I just want to have a little something extra 💖3

I'm a counselor so I sit all day and I'm well aware that when I sit my fat stomach poofs up making me look pregnant. I've caught more than one client's eyes drifting to my stomach. I don't want to be the fat counselor anymore. I feel like I'm seen as less professional sometimes because of my weight.12

I want to start a new hobby where there are people I don't know who will consider me as a normal athletic guy from day 1. No back story etc13

I've recently started dating a man who has a very well-managed relationship with food. He's lost 50 lbs and he's a musician. I don't want to be the "fat girlfriend" at his gigs. I don't want to be shown up by the cute young thin girls.9

Two years ago, a kid I had a crush on told me to talk to him once I lost weight... honestly broke my heart and my petty reason is that I never want anyone to use my weight as an insult.19

I have a few "petty" reasons! One, my closets are filled with clothes that I haven't been able to wear for a couple of years. I love clothes but was wearing big tent-like clothes. Two, I'm 65 and know that I need to take better care of myself. I've had back surgery, foot surgery (ruptured tendon), appendex removed, lower bowel resection, and my doctor often mentions that many surgeons worked hard to make my body work. So it was time that I did my part. Third, I didn't want any more pictures taken of me.7

To wear cute clothes and to be finally called skinnier than my friends! Someone in high school always made fun of me by telling me that I'm the fattest one out of my friends.6

I'm guilty of this too, I guess it's subconscious sometimes. When I was choosing a PT I chose the fittest looking person there, when really that has nothing to do with how well they'll push me.

Love this! I am 62 and my mantra is "If not now- when?"9 -
Haven’t had social media for almost 4 years now! Didn’t like the person behind the screen or the camera! Really want to get it back!6

Wanting to take another trip to NYC4

So petty but I want to be that girl men look at in the gym. Using it as a revenge to all the people who called me fat, wouldn’t talk to me/date me and took the p1ss out of me.7

My character on the wii fit has gone down into the ideal category! I mentioned it a while ago as a petty reason. I reached healthy weight range a few weeks ago22

A girl I work with (who is NOT skinny by any means) offered me her old clothes "when you lose enough weigh and can fit into them" when I complimented her on a cute top. It was so condescending and rude.... like I need her throw offs! She's off work right now and I would love to be well on my way to my goal weight when she comes back to work. Then I can offer her my old fat clothes! 😂

A lot of cute nerd shirts (Harry Potter, etc.) only come in kid sizes, so I want to fit in a kid's XL!15
