I’ve lost 55 total and want to lose another 15. The difference in this pic is about 25 lbs as I took it about halfway into my journey. Happy Sunday all!

221 down to 178 in 4 months..all since going plant based. Gym consist of HITT treadmill work and body weight exercises to cut.

You may feel it's 'only' 6 lbs but they certainly count - the difference is marked. Keep on trucking and you will get there. Well done

Thank you!! I look at the total and I am happy, but like ugh still so much to go. Then I see my comparison and that keeps my motivation up!

FB sent my 2010 retirement photo at 376, age 62 with no activity.

2018, after five years on WW made GW 184 and Lifetime. CW 181, age 70, aqua aerobics 6X a week, swimming laps for 9 or 16 laps too!

This is a 77 lb weight loss. Started in Aug 2017 to current pic Aug 2018. My next goal is 35 more lbs. I expect I could have that by the end of the year or so. My weight loss stalled for about 4 months but I think because I was burning a lot of cals and not eating enough... Going to start eating more now

Wow, that is incredible in such a short period of time. I try to remind myself not to focus on the numbers that are on the scale but how you look and feel.

Still got about another 10-15 lbs. to go. Down 99 since my heaviest. Pictures are about 85 lb difference. I started about 14 lbs heavier than my first pic.
