My typical brekkie sam + coffee + fruit combo.
Dinner last night. Kale, quinoa, hardboiled egg, beets, cherry tomatoes, and feta cheese with a squirt of lemon. The drink is diet cranberry juice mixed with beet juice.

I also just cook for me. But what I do is cook for two, bring the other portion for lunch next day.

I only cook the one week of the month and alternate different meals not to get tired of the same thing. But I’m more of. Breakfast eater.1 -

A bit shocked at what the correct serving size looks like. (The empty bowl was 40g, plus 45g serving, shows 85g on the scale).3 -

That’s an interesting salad. What’s in it?
I love salads and that one looks great!
SE Asian salads are great and don't require oil in the salad dressings. Skip the oil in the recipe below by just buying roasted peanuts and ready made fried shallots from the Asian supermarket in the SE Asia department and logging those instead. I blitz dried shrimp in the food processor to a powder for adding to SE Asian salads.

BIKE MS Food (things I ate during 2-day charity bike ride) ....except I did't even try the pickle juice (ew!) I just took a photo of it, because it was so bizarre. However, I was pleased to learn that pickle juice is a great electrolyte replacement option for diabetics.
