Nothing like my daily dose of food porn!

Yup. This and the bento box thread get me going every morning.

@kinmoratree YAY! I LOVE the Bento thread. I'm glad I discovered it because now that I have a bento, my lunch portions are SO much better. I find it is easy to stay within my calories when I have a bento lunch.

I live five minutes from work, so I go home for lunch, but my husband may be getting bento-ized sometime soon.

^ is my food prep from the other week for my breakfasts/lunches/snacks - there's pinhead oats and currants, spicy pumpkin soup, shredded chicken, beetroot dip, tabbouleh and dressing.

^ this one is my dinner one night, fried chicken breast and some homemade slaw (carrot, cabbage, beetroot, zuchinni and some lemon juice)

Post work out dinner last night: black bean, brown rice and smoky tofu stuffed and twice baked poblano peppers. Topped with Field Roast Chao cheese, spicy salsa roja and verde, fresh lime juice and cilantro. Delish!

Instead of just lurking, I shall contribute once. Breakfast today is puerh tea, turkey breakfast sausage with corn and onions, and homemade biscuits w/butter. Sorry the picture is blurry :( I use kids plate too, so it is not all pretty but yummy none the less. f83f4ad13f182ac4e60d17a51d31a93f.png

    What is Protein fluff?

I use one scoop protein powder (casein works best for this, but mine is half whey/half casein), ice, little bit of water and half a teaspoon of xanthan gum. Let it run in my blender for 5 minutes until its very thick. Pour in a bowl and top it. Eating your protein shake is way more fun than drinking it

this one came out blurry but i was too impatient to take some backups :( I went calorie-heavy at the beginning of the day with a burger my mum made last night, so i went with a light and refreshing avocado bruschetta!
