Vietnamese lemongrass grilled chicken thighs, purple yams and a salad with kimchi just for me self, for dinner.

    Your dinner looks great!
Any chance on the lemon grass receipe?
Is it easy to make your own kimchi? And do you have a receipe for that too? Please

Tonnes of recipes on the net. Just search, adjust ingredients and cook.
Kimchi is easy to make, just takes time. Also much easier to buy if you can find one without MSG, this is what I do. Some things are not worth the time and effort making. Trust me.

    Thanks

Easy meal sassages and salad. Too tired for anything else. But tired of left overs. Since I always cook for people when it’s just me.

I also just cook for me. But what I do is cook for two, bring the other portion for lunch next day.

Yes, I do the same. Cook for 4 peop but it’s just me, and freeze.
I only cook the one week of the month and alternate different meals not to get tired of the same thing. But I’m more of. Breakfast eater.

Leftover Szechuan takeaway for breakfast. We had out of town visitors come for dinner on a weeknight so got takeaway. Rice, stir fried morning glory with garlic, Gong pao chicken.

A bit shocked at what the correct serving size looks like. (The empty bowl was 40g, plus 45g serving, shows 85g on the scale).

Thats why I don't eat cereal anymore. You only get a smidgen, its low in protein, high in sugar and I would still be hungry.

I still eat a variety of cereals because it's quick, but I often have a boiled egg with a slice of toast as well.

SE Asian salads are great and don't require oil in the salad dressings. Skip the oil in the recipe below by just buying roasted peanuts and ready made fried shallots from the Asian supermarket in the SE Asia department and logging those instead. I blitz dried shrimp in the food processor to a powder for adding to SE Asian salads.

BIKE MS Food (things I ate during 2-day charity bike ride) ....except I did't even try the pickle juice (ew!) I just took a photo of it, because it was so bizarre. However, I was pleased to learn that pickle juice is a great electrolyte replacement option for diabetics.
