I don’t know why, but I’m so scared to share my before and after photo on social media where people who know me can see it, so I’m still just sharing on MyFitnessPal. I wish I could be confident enough to actually address the fact that I went through a 60lb weight loss to my friends and family, but I am also embarrassed to remind them of the person I once was. (If you have any tips for sharing your weight loss success, or even just talking about weight loss with others, send me a friend request or a message on here!)
You are soooooooo beautiful! Congratulations you look amazing.44 -

I see this... and I see the person you were always meant to be!!!!! Beautiful work girl... I aspire to be as successful and beautiful as you one day!
You are gorgeous! Congratulations!0 -
This is a 77 lb weight loss. Started in Aug 2017 to current pic Aug 2018. My next goal is 35 more lbs. I expect I could have that by the end of the year or so. My weight loss stalled for about 4 months but I think because I was burning a lot of cals and not eating enough... Going to start eating more now

Wow, that is incredible in such a short period of time. I try to remind myself not to focus on the numbers that are on the scale but how you look and feel.

During times of feeling that I’m currently struggling, a pic reminds me of how far I’ve come.
Pic to left was from Oct 2008 and pic to right is current. I’m still working on being healthy. I can see how far, I’ve come. ☺️❤️
