This is the thread that will not end.
It just goes on and on again.
Somebody first confessed here not knowing what it was
And now we keep it going with confessions just because...
(song repeats on endless loop)
Not just because. Because its special.
I know, but I was working with a pre-existing
rhythm.. How about:
And now we keep it going with confessions out of love...
That is the truth!0 -

Then our boss has an ice cream social set up for us this afternoon. I logged my lunch and decided I don't need ice cream too. No room for anything else today.
Excellent job! Once I derail I tend to go all the way...
Same! I've been relatively good with my 'diet choices' as far as not all out binging the past 12 days which is a feat in itself. I did eat a few extra hundred or so calories on Saturday that I had put in other days this week to average out the rest of the week, but nothing as bad as my thousands of calorie binges. I think with how active I am at work (being on my feet almost 7+ hours a day, occasionally pushing carts, & constantly trying to move around & do something when I'm bored) that I could have put it in a previous week & not had to effect anything.
Small steps forward are still steps in the right direction! You are doing great!3 -
Confession: I tune out anyone who comes to me with "get thin quick" plans or medical advice (unless its my Doc or nutritionist). This only applies to those two areas. I already have a PCP, and an Oncologist and a Liver specialist and a nutritionist. Plenty of medical help. As for the "get thin quick" plans I simply don't have the money, honey.
I try to do it in a polite way: "thanks so much for your concern" and leave it there. But I have had to be terse at times. I don't like doing that.

I work for oncologists and would probably tell them that chemo/radiation is my get thin quick plan. I am not always (or often) as nice as I could be. Also, heaven knows that eating is completely different for cancer patients and everyone should keep their mouths shut about it.3 -
Happy Monday news: For whatever reason, my new people to be responsible for aren't starting until next week.
Today is reset day. I will log everything I eat and drink 64 oz of water. That's my two goals today. If I get back from Bristol in time, I will go to yoga.2 -

I'm resetting, too. Travel last week turned into overeating all weekend. Ugh.3 -

I can't really get on here that much during work, and I'm so busy when I get home that I've not had time to check in. I DO think about you all often and fondly though if that's any consolation.5 -

She's busy killing the Stronglifts!!!4 -
Here's a couple confessions.
1. I stopped logging during the weekend and I do not feel guilty about it.
2. I hit a HUGE PR on Saturday and I don't feel like people are as enthusiastic about it as they should be.
3. I have pretty much mentally checked out at work knowing that my time here is limited and I am doing just enough to get by.
4. I wonder why I work out so hard and make my body look nice, but most days (read all days, every of the days) I can't be bothered to put together a decent outfit, fix my hair, or put on makeup.5 -

It was awesome!
The first time I hit 300 on deadlift, there was literally no one in the gym. I was really angry that no one witnessed it.3 -
Confession: I'm back up weight-wise. Travelling for work last week got me. I ate Jack In The Box, flamin hot cheetos, peanut butter m&ms, etc, etc, and it lasted through the entire weekend.
Weight this morning, 186.8. Must be under 185.118 (84kg) on October 13. I've GOT to quit this.4 -

I did the big "ROAR" when I set down the last rep! I was SO EFFING proud of myself ESPECIALLY after not hitting my OHP PR. One freaking rep short. I was SO disappointed. So hitting the DL PR was just that much sweeter of a victory!5 -

I love caramel. I love chocolate. Something about Rolos, though, is WRONG! I can't even identify it.1 -

Lol - I wish I felt the same, but I could eat a roll of them right now and not think twice!
I like to hold then in my mouth till the chocolate dissolves then chew the caramel.3 -

Me too. Why do I let life stress turn to eating? It just creates more stress.0 -

It's hard. Can you ride horses often to de-stress?0
