Wt./Ht.: 134 pounds, 5'7"
BMI: 21.0
BF%: I have no idea.
Medical condition: I have a giant fibroid in my uterus about the size of a small cantaloupe. Makes running during certain times of the month a little less pleasant, since it's crushing my bladder...
Primary form of exercise: I like a little bit of everything, but especially running, hiking and mountain biking, with some strength training thrown in.
Number of years doing aforementioned exercise: forever.
I don't know where that stupid fibroid is hiding. I can see it (and feel it) bulging out a little when I'm lying on my back, but otherwise, it's not very noticeable. I've seen scans of it and it takes up all the space. My tail bone curves around it. Looks pretty cozy in there. All the organs are pushed up and out and all over the place. Gross. I hide it well, though, LOL. My midsection "probably" would come in tighter if I didn't have that large mass in there, but whatever. It's fine either way.
I've always REALLY liked the way that my body looks, and have no problem at all with the cute little swell of my abdomen. It's sad that some women today think that a normal, natural woman body is somehow wrong. I always thought that little tummy curve was just a woman thing. Totally normal, natural curving. No Instagram model's funky posing or photo-shopped pics are gonna change my mind on that. I'm very fit and my body does all the things I want it to do, so I consider myself to be perfect just as I am.

@bioklutz - I also have certain times of the month I'm leaner and more times I'm bloated. I'd like to show that here as well. My leanest day seems to be like one day after my period starts for some reason. My lower belly bloats probably at least two weeks leading up.
@pinuplove and @vnb_208 - Great examples of how clothes can be used to help us feel more comfortable and that in pictures they can be used to hide what someone's body really looks like.
@Butterchop - thanks for representing the petites!
@icemom011 - thank you for including your total weight loss. Looking back I should have included that in the requested stats. I think it makes a big difference for people looking for examples to see the difference between someone who's lost a large amount of weight and someone who's never really been overweight.

Flat Pelvis which I think effects my posture, also caused forcep delivery for baby #1 and suction cup delivery for #2, hence C-Section for #3

Mine doesn’t move! Even when I flex. My PT told me the muscles under my navel are dormant. I can’t do a sit up because I can’t feel them to engage the muscle. All the other abdominals muscles are good though. So here it is in good posture (for me) and flexed. Ha.
This thread has helped me so much — thank you to every woman who participated. And thank you for reminding me that this a normal, feminine attribute.24 -

^^^ Ya know, I tried it that way on the app, and it timed out and gave me an error message... But I'm glad to know it was my phone, and I didn't do it wrong. I will have to try when I'm on WIFI and see if it works better.

I was inspired to change my mind about posting pics. My hormones are all messed up and the lady time arrived today 2 weeks after my last period. So my stomach may be a bit distended.

I lost 40lbs 2016-2017, maintained a year, took another 5lbs off start of this year and am hovering 130-135 now. This is me posing versus not at all.

I have been following this thread, because I think it's amazing to see everyone's honesty and being reminded what an actual human body looks like untouched and without strategic posing. I wasn't going to share, but it feels hypocritical to applaud you all without putting myself out there too. I struggle in this place between feeling too skinny (wanting to put of muscle mass) and being upset when I feel my stomach is puffy and bloated.

I dont have pics yet! and again not brave probably why I don't have pics. But you women have encouraged me and I feel like loving myself more today! I had a baby boy 6 months ago and I have lost 21 lbs. I still have a long way to go and my stomach has never been something I have admired, even long before I ever had weight issues. We need to see more normal tummies in society! But I guess it has to start with us first! I vow to look and even dare i say 'ADMIRE' my imperfect chubby tummy every day I wake up from here on out! I may have a long way to go but what I've got is more than good enough! Thank you to all the lovely women in here whom are brave and remind us all to love ourselves and each other that little bit more!16

The scar is re-done at age 15 because it was way too ugly (double the size). At the time they performed surgery, beauty didnt count, only saving my live did.
Now it's a part of me, of who I am

This thread is absolutely amazing. I needed to see/read all of this today. I'm nowhere near BMI normal range so there are no pictures to post but I have to say I'm more encouraged and motivated seeing all of your pictures.

I will try to remember to take a side profile for this thread. My stomach still has fat in it, and my skin is still very loose my baby is just 1 year old this month. But hey, it carried three small humans, has been cut into and sewn back up, it's a good stomach.
