8/26 – 175.3 lbs Today I am wearing a tank top in my own house for the first time in many years. I wasn’t even comfortable with wearing a tank top when I was home alone! I’m so motivated again after the huge loss last round.

I shifted to healthy food but I need to be more mindful of calories. Ie, the dates are my weak spot! I could have a box in one sitting. I was never in a challenge before, so I'm excited to see how this goes.
