I'm in! So excited to get to do a challenge. I just (re)started! I will have to update my weight later as I am having scale issues. Hopefully some fresh batteries will do the trick.
I am flying from Knoxville to Tacoma on Thanksgiving day to visit my son (Army) and this challenge is just perfect perfect perfect!

Starting weight yesterday morning was 284.9lbs
Already made preparations last week to see a trainer today foe accountability. I have a YMCA membership and it comes with a free hour with a trainer a week. I plan to workout with weights each week. It's something I've never tried. I wanted to do something different in hopes that I will get different results!
Try something different but be wise and be safe. Ask this group for suggestions and advice if you're not sure you should try something.
