    As far as the ab crunches are concerned, they are damn near impossible for me to do. I'm much better @ situps. I'll do 200
    this week if they are an ok substitute. Please let me know.

    Here's a fun ab workout - my group fitness instructor put a weight on my back while I was doing a plank today. Talk about hard!

    completed my exercise challenge for today***

    ***got ahead of myself! I should have waited till tonight to post..

    here goes the completion of wk3 day 1

    50 squat kicks
    3 sets of 12 woodchops
    normal workout
    *100 crunches for extra challenge
    92 ounces of water

    Hi everyone..

    My daily report:

    Water: 4 x 750ml Bottles of water (the loo is my friend)
    Challenges: I did 50 ab crunches for the day
    50 squat kicks (in addition to my normal 100)... wow I did them in sets of 50 but must admit the last 50 was way slower especially to the end the last 20 was murder
    We were suppose to do 3 sets of 12 (36) of the wood chops but I got carried away and did 50 with 2kg weights in hand....:tongue:

    OK I think that was all....

    Jules thanks for adding me to the September challenge...

    I'm feeling "lighter" today.. haha... so hoping it will show on the scale later this week...

    It's hard for me to do ab work here at the campground, but I give you my solemn vow I will complete at least 300 between Friday and Sunday.

    Don't worry if certain days it looks like I'm over calorie goal. I'll add the exercise in before we close out the week. I just don't have a computer with me to upload my BodyBugg.

    I'll try and post every day that I completed the challenges!

    Hi team, I off today so I'm getting an early start. I did not loose as much as I would have liked but I know it's from my diet I need to eat a cleaner diet. I am going home this weekend and hope they can see a difference so I am going to try very hard to eat well and I definetly would work hard with the challenge. This is what I've done so far:


    50 Squat Kicks* and 3 sets of 12 Woodchops DONE

    100 Abd crunches DONE

    4 glasses of water DOWN

    LET"S DO THIS

    It's funny you mention "clean eating"...that's exactly what I have been trying to do for the past few weeks. I picked up a magazine called "Clean Eating" this weekend and a lot of the recipes look delicious! Here's the link to magazine's site, in case you are interested. http://www.cleaneatingmag.com/

    I only lost .2 lb this week, but I know I did not good tooo good with salt and also the TOM did not help...

    A challenge from our friendly competitors...

    Its rough when you take abuse from people. Its worse when its from your teammates. I have a teammate SuzMac1981 that is talking all kinds of smack today.....She actually had the nerve to challenge me to do 1000 crunches this week so that between the two of us we could elimintate 1/2 our teams crunch challenge. WELL ITS ON LIKE ROBOT DONKEY KONG! Yeah I'm up for your challenge Cheerleader Dancer Girl! I'm wondering if there is anyone else out there that can compete with the MACHINES on Weapons of Mass Reduction. (*****This is additional do not email me saying you can't do it******) ADDITIONAL WEEKLY CHALLENGE! For every teammate that will commit to 1000 crunches this week I will award 10 extra points per person to that team! This could be a big point spread folks. Thanks SuzMac1981 for keeping us challenged you are the best!

    Yayyyyyyyy team!! Glad to see so many of you posting!

    I did ALL my stuff yesterday, including 40 extra crunches. I am SUPER impressed by those that have committed to doing 1000 crunches this week!! Not only are they gonna have some KILLER ABS - they are snagging 10 EXTRA POINTS for themselves and consequently for the team!!

    50 Military Presses - check
    Did 2 Extra Mile on Elliptical
    3 sets of 21’s- used 10 lb

    Plus did a Zumba class

    Drank my water and was under calorie


    I also did squat, back & chest machine ( I spent 2 1/2 hr. at the GYM... )

    Hope everyone is doing well... :D

    BTW did 75 crunches after Zumba class towards the group challenge!!
