I eat 1000kcal of clean food everyday (watermelon and leafy greens plus four egg whites and some pickled cucumbers) and swim for 1 hour but my stomach is still huge! (Haven’t pooped for two weeks) and my scale wouldn’t budge!
I am losing hope >< this is not my first weight loss journey but it is the slowest...
Plus, my metabolism is superb slow
I am 20, a girl

How are you measuring your food?
And considering that you're below the median BMI for 5'3", I have a hard time believing you've got a huge stomach. You're not losing weight because once you're within the healthy range, you don't have the fat reserves and it takes longer.
Also, 1000 calories really isn't enough to give you adequate nutrition. You will lose weight, but some of that weight will be muscle and you could be setting yourself up for nutritional deficiencies to boot.19 -
You're not eating enough to poop. Your body needs fuel to actually function. And I'm betting your fat intake is pretty low, too. No fat = constipation.
Eat more.30 -
How do you expect to poop when you aren't eating anything of substance?
Have you seen this thread?

I once heard someone say that when you don’t eat enough your metabolism slows down so I think that’s the case for you maybe you should eat more
I did some calculations for you and I’m sure you are not eating enough specially if you are active
I’m 20 too and my metabolism is ok I guess but it used to be *kitten*52 -
You are undereating.
You haven't had a bowel movement in 2 weeks which you put in parentheses as if it was a secondary concern to your weight loss.
You think your stomach is huge.
You should see a doctor and explain all of this to him/her right away.38 -
Well i got injured so I stopped dieting because I was unhappy but after a while I started cutting out junk and slowly cutting calories
I’ll be a bro scientist one more time today
Imagine a man in the jungle with an injured leg
He will last long without food just laying on the ground first the body uses the fat as fuel
And then the metabolism slows down to use less fuel to last longer
So in your case if you swim an hour a day and you are active but you are just eating 1000 calories your body has no choice but to slow the metabolism Down because it’s not getting the fuel needed
Do your own research because knowledge is never a bad thing and good luck37 -
If you haven’t had a bowel movement in two weeks, then no wonder you feel like your stomach is huge.
You are undereating and chronically constipated. You need to see a doctor.31 -
It has already been said that you aren't eating enough.
How much weight are you looking to lose? And do you know your metabolism is slow?5 -

So THAT'S the post you decided to reply to? When in doubt - look for the reactions under a post. Many "woo" reactions means it's rubish and you should ignore it.
Read carefully the other replies and consider them. You've been given good advice.30 -
Gebe I’m sure she read the other comments too and probably the reason she replied was because of me looking it up Myself if she’s not eating enough (which was obvious) we basically said the same thing so hopefully she does the right thing which is probably go to a doctor22 -

I have no idea honestly I live in the Middle East and the doctors here don’t know anything a lot of the people I know went to the doctors regarding diet and they didn’t help whatsoever3 -
The constipation is concerning, you should definitely see a doctor. Probably a good part of the reason you feel like your stomach is huge.6
-
For immediate relief of the constipation get some magnesium oxide supplements and take 800 mg twice a day.
Your calorie intake is extremely low and your macronutrients are out of whack. You need to reevaluate your intake and your goals. Your micronutrients are also very low. A starting point would be to eating the whole egg. Egg yolks are like taking a vitamin pill and this will round out your macro and micro nutrient intake.
From there you should try to get a evaluation of your body fat. There are several ways to do this and tons of info here on MFP. From there a logical path forward either slow losing, recomp, or bulking to achieve what you are looking for. The eat, train, progress group here would be alot of help sorting this out for you.
