Hey everyone! I could definitely use a boost in motivation like this challenge. I've always struggled with my weight and have a habit of doing well for a period of time and then falling off track. So I will try my best to stay on track for this challenge! I'm a little nervous that I won't be able to achieve my goals. Sometimes I can lose 6lbs in a week and sometimes I can gain 6lbs in a few days... But I'm here to challenge myself, so let's do it!

I did the same it's better we try to stay positive and focus on what we can do rather than look at all the waisted time (which is how I started out this morning) We can do this, we have done it, kept some of it off, and we can do it again!
