I found these instructions: Changing the text size is achieved in a similar way using [size=][/size]. This tag is dependent on the template the user has selected but the recommended format is a numerical value representing the text size in percent, starting at 20 (very small) through to 200 (very large) by default. For example:
SMALL
will generally be SMALL
whereas:
HUGE!
will be HUGE!
This does not seem to be working in this MFP format however. I will look some more tomorrow for info.

I'd hoped to lose a bit more than 1lb, but in a way I'm glad it was just that as it's made me look back through my food diary and realise I've been cheating more than I'd realised. I've only been going over by 100 or so calories each day (apart from one binge where I went over by something like 500), but it soon adds up! Hopefully this has given me the kick up the backside that I needed to be more careful about sticking to my calorie target

I weighed myself today & I'm 54.6kg (I'm short). Therefore I'll aim to lose 4.6kg by doing the following:
- eating healthy and avoiding junk food/sugary drinks
- sticking to a weekly fitness regime
- entering my food consumption and exercise in MFP for transparency
- limiting alcohol
By undertaking the above I will become more accountable of my goals.
I hope to motivate people as I'm sure I'll be receiving lots of motivational inspiration from people too!

I gained 0.5lbs. I went out of town with my family for the holiday weekend and there were no home cooked meals. I am not discouraged or ashamed. I know this week I will see my trainer, I will track my calories, I drink 8 glasses of water per day, I will exercise more, and I will post more.
Also, I'm setting my food amd activity log to viewable to friends so whomever is friends with me can see what I'm eating and what my workouts were in case it will help someone else.
Only compare yourself to your past self. Be a healthier version of yourself today than yesterday. Decide yourself fit and healthier. Your decisions and actions will bring you to defeat or victory. What are you choosing right now!? God bless you. Take care of yourself there's no one like you in this world and we need you to be the best you for yourself, your loved ones, and the rest of the world who may interact with you and be blessed by you sharing your story or by your awesomeness. Pounds to Challenge Goal = 12.2 (1.1 lbs per week)
Weekly Update: Lost 3.7 pounds last week. Had a lot of weird scale fluctuations last week but stayed the course and had a nice loss. I hit my calorie and macro targets daily and was able to enjoy a nice Labor Day BBQ without gaining weight which feels really great! I'm in week 7 of my 90 day exercise challenge, so almost at the halfway point, definitely feeling stronger and can see some new muscle definition forming, which is exciting4 -
