    Almost to my goal even before the months end :)) YAY!!
  • really slacked off this last week need to get back on track, hopefully this week will be better, but I am getting closer to my goal.

    Another 65 minutes of walking today. Only need 459 to make it to my 1,400 minute goal for the month! I think it might actually be doable! Hope everyone else is doing well.

    4 miles each day Wednesday and Thursday - 44 miles for the month. Considering the Get Fit program I started on Tuesday is requiring 4 miles a day. I will get 52 for rest of month as a minimum, so that means I just need to go an extra 4 miles during that time, that means adding 1/3 mile a day! I can do this!!!!
