It's Weetabix in the UK. My hubby has 4 every morning with milk and sugar. Keeps him regular!

I actually looked when I was in the grocery store today and it's Weetabix here too.

Is Weetbix almost like a granola bar you eat with milk?

It's like a huge shredded wheat, isn't it?

Boise State killed UConn. We play Oklahoma State next Saturday at Oklahoma. That's going to be challenging.

Yep, that will be a challenge.
ETSU starts conference play on the road.

But, but, all the evil GLUTENZ!!! :o

    ;)

Only for me. Those four weetabix would be enough to put me in hospital for a week or so.

I was sad when Dunkin Donuts ran out of the new Apple Caramel donut last Saturday. They asked if I wanted anything else. Um no!

Tim's has an amazing apple cinnamon tart right now. I have been mostly staying away so it does not become a 'situation' :#

I slept in until nine today! I usually never sleep in that late & the latest would generally be 7:30-7:45. I'm thinking my body was exhausted after the two days of volunteering to push carts last week in the blistering heat of 90 degrees & working six days in a row.

I have off today & tomorrow & then embark on a nine day in a row work week (Tuesday-next Wednesday).

What time do you usually go to bed?

I don't know what pumpkin spice is!

I'm also indifferent to all kinds of football but hubby is a giants fan so I put up with it. It is not going well!

In other pumpkin news, we grew our own for the first time, and I have made pumpkin and ginger cake, and toasted pumpkin seeds, and it was not a total disaster. I have plenty of frozen purée left too.

Throw some of that pumpkin puree into pancakes with some cinnamon, nutmeg and all spice and BAM, homemade pumpkin spice!

It depends. Usually anywhere from 8-12:00 (mostly it depends on when I work/days off).

I thought the Bud Light was the worst.

I thought the Bud Light was the worst.

Maybe adding pumpkin spice to Bud Light would make it taste like something other than water?

    Ahh,
You guys are focusing on the things that you would actually put in your mouth.

Only for my whole life. I was probably 40 before I ate watermelon without salt.

    Yep. And cantaloupe. And apples.

Learned that from my Grandpa Jack.

Where have you been, Kelly?! I grew up doing this and it makes the watermelon SO MUCH BETTER!!! Mr. Mo puts salt on his apples too. Not brave enough to try that one. I prefer peanut butter.

I've heard of people putting it on apples too, but not canteloupe! I might try it!
I don't know, Mo! I had always heard of it..just never tried it until last night!

I'm not a huge cantaloupe fan, but it definitely better with salt!

I have yet to have my first pumpkin spice latte!! That will come once the temperature drops a bit here. We are still in margarita season!

I am able to get Phoebe pumpkin muffins again. She likes those better than coffee cake. I had to switch to coffee cake when DD discontinued the whole wheat muffins. She has a bit of a struggle eating the coffee cake (can be a bit dry). She LOVES pumpkin.

I love pumpkin seeds. I remember when I tried to make them in France for my French mother and I used too much salt. They were pretty awful. She was nice and tried to eat them. :)
